The next day arrives and the siblings are sitting in their room just relaxing with their newest younger sibling, Kai.
"I think i'm ready to go out on an adventure." Kaid says to them. "You're going for it?" Kate asks. Kaid nods, Kaito is in the back flipping Kai around.
Kaid smiles. "I'm ready to start my own story." Kaid says. Kate smiles, a tinge of sadness showing. "You know we'll all miss you here. You're one of the best in the whole village." She says.
Kaid laughs. "Try not to cry too much Kate." Kaid says teasing her. The twins also fall into the room they were listening. "Why are you leaving?!" They cry as they hug Kaid. He pulls them away as he rubs Kaley's head. He looks at her and says proudly. "Because i'm amazing."
Kate punches him in the head. "Who says that to their crying sister!" She barks.
Kaito walks over to Kaid. "If you're really leaving." Kaito says before holding his fist out. "Let's go one more round!" Kaito says challenging Kaid.
Kaid snickers as he fist bumps Kaito accepting his challenge.
They go outside and Kate gives them a 3..2...1.. countdown and they begin.
Kaito as usual comes out of the gate swinging first. Kaid goes to duck a hook coming from Kaito but almost caught of guard by a knee coming for his face. Kaid reacts quickly and spins around Kaito and chops him in the back of his neck.
He puts his arms down expecting the attack to already beat Kaito. As Kaito is falling He throws a roundhouse kick at Kaid. Kaid catches the kick and smile as he slams Kaito into the ground.
Kaito quickly tries to get up Kaid pins him down with a knee in his chest. "You got better huh?" Kaid says proud of his brother. "Must've been practicing your fakes, almost had me there." He compliments Kaito.
Kaito laughs. "I'll win next time!" He says happily.
The boys look up to see Moon. All six of the kids all greet their mother and she laughs. "Hello my babies!" She hugs them all. "I'm glad you're all here together, makes this easier on me." She says.
"What's up mom?" Kaid asks.
Moon just smiles. "I'm sure you're all going to love this, follow me." She says to them, and all of the kids follow her.
They follow Moon for awhile, while on the way she had told them all to cover there eyes. "And no peeking." She playfully said to them all. It felt like for a while there they had even teleported somewhere.
She lead them somewhere, and she told them they can uncover their eyes now.
The kids all uncover their eyes and they are completely taken aback by what they see. "What there's so much water!" Kaito yells. "What's this stuff!?" Kaid picks up sand as it falls through his hands and he laughs.
The kids followed Moon out of the forest and onto a beach. They had never seen such a vast expanse of sand and the glistening water shimmering like diamond stretching out before them. They were amazed!
The kids all begin chasing eachother. "Take off your shoes i brung swimsuits!" Moon yells and all the kids change.
They begin chasing each other around, the twins try to bury them in sand and Kaito tosses them into water and wrestle with them. Kaid tosses Kai in, and Kate pushes him over for it, laughing at him as he falls into the water.
Moon sits to the side and a warm feeling falls onto her heart watching all of her children play together, experiencing something new. It makes her truly happy. She looks to her side. "If only you saw things this way, you'd be here with them now Sun." She says missing her husband.
Kaito lies flat on the water. and he floats around the surface enjoying the cool water, and the warm sun. "This is amazing." He mentions. Kailey one of the twins jump onto his chest laughing at him as he spits up water.
Moon walks over to them. "There's a lot of world out there for you all to see, and as long as you're willing to be careful i'm willing to let you go out, I know you've been wanting to Kaito, Kaid." She calls them out specifically. "But the age required is at least 14!" Moon shouts.
The kids stop playing and look at Moon all smiling brightly. The sight warms her heart more.
Kaito pushes Kaid. "I'm not going with Kaid, i'm gonna be my own boss!" Kaito says proudly. Kaid flips him into the water. The splash getting the others. "I wouldn't want a loser like you with me anyways!" Kaid says teasing him.
Kate, with Kai on her shoulder chimes in. "i'll stay home for the most part, but i guess going out every now and again won't hurt." She says.
Moon smiles at them as she uses water magic to swirl them around. "You are all my children, so I know you're all very capable." She says as she calms the water. "I'm sure that there isn't a single wall that can stop you." She says. Kaito and Kaid smile brighter hearing this.
"I'll be an amazing adventurer!" Kaito shouts. "I'll be the best." Kaid rebuttals. Kaito gets annoyed. "Well i'll be bestest!" Kaito shouts.
Kaid smiles. "Bet on it then, in 2 years when you're old enough to go out on your adventure i'll find you, and see how good you get." Kaid declares. Kaito grabs his hand. "I'll beat you, and make you eat your words!" Kaito accepts Kaid's bet and they shake on it. "Better make sure you train hard, I don't wanna be dissapointed!" Kaid tells him proudly.
Kaid and Kaito begin fighting in the water, the younger siblings jump in and Kate laughs at them all.
Moon sits in the sand and smiles at Kaito. "You might think right now, you're just an average mage Kaito." Moon says as she opens up one of her eyes, it seems to be some sort of magical clock in her eye. She looks at Kaito again and smiles brighter.
"But i can see you will be extraordinary."
