It was all peaceful and everyone in Japan are carrying out their usual daily lives. Few people were very busy in their work , few are living to their best even though their situation is not good, few are enjoying their life without any sight of future and few are commiting crimes as usual. Days goes on and the crimes keep increasing . Most of the people's fear is increasing day by day . Japan's Police force is under immense pressure due to this situation. People are slowly unable to trust the police and it is causing unstability for government to work

Now the President of the government, Aizen Hitsugaya, have their hands on how to deal with this situation. They assigned the task to Criminal Affairs Bureau of Japan to deal with it. As they looked into the cases they thought that situation will get worse if they won't take the action. They were able to find out the reasons why the crime rates were increasing. It was because of the rise of new gangsters in big cities of Japan who all grouped together to form a strong gang called "Yakuza Revolutionaries".Everyone was working really hard to figure out what to until THAT Day has arrived when the whole Japan was shocked and surprised

On 25th July 2022, One of the head of Yakuza Revolutionaries was commiting mass murder with his men in a slum, a area where people live in a very poor conditions and doesn't even get proper daily requirements. His name was Ikura and he was ordering all his men to kill people whoever they see on the road and also to burn down every house in the area . As the people in teh area lost hope in their lives , suddenly blood poured out from sky like a rain..... Everyone were wondering, "Whose blood was that?".It turns out to be the blood of the Yakuza men!!!!....Everyone are shocked to see all of the men getting killed in rapid speed and their blood keeps spilling over. Ikura got frustated and was trying to find out who is behind this. Then suddenly he has gotten strucked on his head and suddenly became unconscious. When he gets his consciousness back, he observes a person standing in front of him. That person wears black pants with a black top, and a black jacket above with red stripes and yellow buttons with his scarf towards back .He(that person) is wearing black fingerless gloves and black shoes with light red eyes and white hair and also covers his face with a mask. Ikura was tied up on the chair tightly. The CCTV live footage of the room in which Ikura wad tied was somehow casted to all TVs present all around the Japan. In that footags , that person gives the message to the whole public who are watching TV, "The Time has arrived. The whole Japan is about to witness their consequences now. I am PHOENIX, the God of Fire who wasborn into this world for seeking revenge, revenge against the people of Japan.Behold!!!Now I am going to cast the Judgement" . After this speech he takes a black sword and then starts incantations. During this time Ikura was so frightened and asking him, or more precisely, begging him to spare his life. Phoenix doesn't listen to him and then after his incantations were completed the blie sword starts to glow and becomes more sharper by producing ice. With that weapon he sliced each part of the body one after the other(starting from legs, then hands) and finally he sliced his throat separating his head from the body. And then Phoenix used the powers of his sword to completely freeze the area and then the footage was stopped.

All around the Japan who watched the footage was shocked. Few people were happy and relieved that atleast someone was able to stop the group while the other few were trembling in fear that another Insane Murderer has appeared. Many people thought that he was really a God because of the supernatural powers he exhibitted with his sword. All the people from Criminal Affairs Bureau were in awe about what they witnessed. They were unable to decide whether Phoenix was an enemy or an ally. The head of the Bureau, Totsuka Yagami, thought that maybe he can somehow contact Phoenix and ask him to help removing the bad people. But the Police Department as well as the President Aizen were completely furious that even though what Phoenix did was correct, who gave the right to him to pass Judgement. As the situation is like this, Totsuka backed down with his Idea but he secretly tried to pursue him for the greater good. The main questions are, "Who is he? What is his Identity? How he was able to use those powers? What is the source of the power? Where did the sword come from? ".With all this questions Totsuka left the office that day and went to home.
