Finally, the three of them arrived directly in front of the figure. The one believed to be Lord Gon, the owner of this castle, Kingdom of Gone.
Two fiery eyes, bright green in color. Kaizoku and Sylphy weren't sure if Lord Gon was looking at them because his eyes were blazing green flames.
A dragon's head consisting of only bones and skull, and his entire body was just a skeleton. Strangely, although Lord Gon had a dragon skull head, it lacked long horns.
What puzzled Kaizoku most was Lord Gon's attire - a modern bright green hoodie jacket with white underneath, similar to what Kaizoku used to see in his previous world.
Not just the top, but Lord Gon's pants also bewildered Kaizoku as he wore blue jeans that seemed too modern for this world.
"What the... That outfit looks very modern, does this world have similar clothes like in my world? No way." Kaizoku said in his heart carefully, don't want his cover blown up.
Not wanting to blow their cover, Kaizoku buried his confusion deep inside to protect all their secrets.
Lilith quickly dropped to her knees before him.
Confused, Kaizoku and Sylphy eventually followed Lilith's motion, bowing before Lord Gon who sat on his throne.
"Report, I have completed my task. Having shown and explained all rooms and floors within the castle, Arathorn Lilith is ready for the next assignment."
The sound of cracking bones was distinct as Lord Gon slowly turned his gaze toward Lilith.
The bone-cracking sound made Kaizoku and Sylphy uncomfortable. Fortunately, they kept their faces down, hiding their disturbed expressions from the sound.
Unlike them, Lilith was accustomed to the bone-cracking sounds and remained undisturbed. Her gaze stayed focused forward on Lord Gon's head as it continued turning slowly.
Finally, Lord Gon managed to turn his attention to Lilith and the others.
Gon spoke without opening his dragon mouth.
In a very hoarse and slow voice, he said:
"Bow..."
Though just one word, Kaizoku and Sylphy felt an overwhelming aura from just that utterance.
It made them tremble in fear; the extremely hoarse voice made them uncomfortable hearing Lord Gon's voice.
Due to their uncontrollable shaking, they eventually lost their balance and fell.
Inadvertently, Kaizoku and Sylphy ended up in the same position as Lilith, bowing their bodies and heads lower until nearly touching the floor.
Seeing their positions matched Lilith's, they decided to maintain this pose until she changed hers.
"Lord Gon, dinner will soon be served with our special guests. The guests who succeeded in defeating and killing your legendary pet, Cerberus."
Kaizoku and Sylphy heard no response, unsure whether Lilith heard an answer from her master or not.
Due to Lord Gon's silence, Lilith continued speaking.
"My Lord, let me introduce our guests, under the name The Outlaws. With two members: Billy McCarter, a human youth who possessed the strong determination to kill Cerberus using only his sword. And second is Mary Maxwell, a wolf-girl hybrid who accompanied Billy in the battle against Cerberus..."
