On a bright morning, Kaizoku slowly opened his eyes.
"Eerrggghh... What time is it?" he said, still drowsy.
Looking to his left, Kaizoku saw Sylphy still sleeping soundly.
"Uhh... Time to continue the journey then."
Kaizoku rose from sleeping and walked to the water bucket behind the tent.
"Huh? The water's been changed?"
Kaizoku looked around, realizing Gabriel was no longer there, meaning he had already woken up earlier.
"Huh, I wonder where Gabriel went."
Kaizoku washed his face with water from the container.
After Kaizoku washed his face, Hizo arrived intending to wash his face too.
"Good morning, Hizo." Kaizoku said with sleepy face.
"Oh, good morning to you too, Kai."
Hizo washed his face with the water.
Kaizoku walked to the center of the camp and sat on the wooden chair Hizo had made it yesterday.
He pondered his future. "What will become of me... I'm not used to situations like this, but I can't give up halfway."
"Why was I chosen as a 'hero' when I'm not the best person or have great heroic spirit? Am I truly worthy of being called a 'hero'? I don't have enough enthusiasm for this, but whatever, I'll just go through with it."
"Whether I can or can't, live or die, I must continue..." Kaizoku thought to himself.
Hizo interrupted Kaizoku's thoughts by approaching him.
"Are you okay?" Hizo asked with a concerned expression.
Kaizoku forced a smile. "Oh!? Yes, yes, I'm fine... No need to worry."
Kaizoku continued by asking Hizo. "By the way, where's Gabriel?"
Hizo sat near the dead campfire.
"Who knows, maybe he's hunting food alone."
Kaizoku fell silent hearing Hizo's response, then looked to his left.
He saw Thomas, already gave up and lying down. With a sharp gaze full of anger directed at Kaizoku.
Hizo also looked towards Thomas. "Hmm, he shouldn't feel hungry because his regeneration won't let him die of starvation."
Hizo continued, turning his gaze back to Kaizoku.
"As Gabriel mentioned yesterday afternoon, we need Thomas to force The Bliss troops to open the forced labor site."
"If they dare not to open the door for us, we'll kill Thomas in the Underworld... That's Gabriel's plan, just a reminder."
Kaizoku returned his gaze forward.
"Yes, yes, I understand..."
A few minutes later, Gabriel returned to the tent camp, carrying a rabbit.
"Good morning everyone, I only caught one rabbit. Hunting in this place is quite difficult." Gabriel said enthusiastically.
Gabriel threw the rabbit on the ground, observed by Hizo and Kaizoku.
"Time for lunch, you two bring the firewood I've cut. Over there on the right, near the big tree."
Hizo and Kaizoku followed Gabriel's order to collect the firewood.
After they successfully brought the wood back, Gabriel used his light Spell to burn the wood, intending to make a campfire again to cook the rabbit.
"Is this enough for all of us?" Hizo asked hesitantly.
"Of course... Just don't let Sylphy wake up first, we'll save a little extra for her later. Mwehehehe," Gabriel said with his creepy smile.
Kaizoku and Hizo looked at each other in confusion, but they could only remain silent and follow what Gabriel was saying.
