Gabriel, Sylphy, and Taki watched as Kaizoku sprinted forward, Destion in his right hand, ready for battle.
Taki swung her chainsaw to the side like a fan, creating a powerful wind that pushed Gabriel and Sylphy back. "You truly are ungrateful... I've been trying to enlighten you, but... it seems impossible."
The katana hovered in the sky above, observing Taki as he faced off against Kaizoku and his friends.
"Well then... I'm ready to commit a small sin." Taki looked up, gazing at the katana floating above.
"Master... Grant me permission to commit my small sin, and I promise I will repay it when all of this is over..." Taki smiled widely as he prayed to the katana.
The katana responded in a low tone. "Very well, your promise will be heard and sealed."
Hearing this, Taki's smile widened, his pupils narrowed, and he laughed maniacally like a madman.
Sylphy looked at Taki with a sympathetic expression. "What a crazy woman..."
After his maniacal laughter subsided, Taki covered his mouth and picked up his chainsaw from the ground. "Thank you, Master... I'll teach them to pray to you..."
Taki stabbed his chainsaw into the ground and brought his hands together in a praying motion. "Yin, Le, Chel, Bis, Gid, Ma, Tia, Ryer, Ya, Tico... Combine now."
Kaizoku and the others felt a sudden pain in their eyes. As they closed their eyes and reopened them, everything turned dark—nothing but emptiness.
"Boundless Purity (Kagirinaku Shinseina)..." Taki's voice echoed in their ears, causing a painful ringing.
Kaizoku and the others instinctively closed their eyes again. As Kaizoku prepared to open his eyes once more, a loud bell rang.
When he opened them, Kaizoku found himself in a bright white church. "Huh? Where am I?" he looked around, confused.
"Sylphy? Gabriel? Eve? Where are you!!!" Kaizoku shouted, baffled by the situation.
The church pews were empty, with only the sound of the bell ringing loudly. Kaizoku cautiously walked forward, scanning his surroundings, ready for anything.
He walked and walked until he saw someone who looked just like him, lying on a bright white rectangular stone.
"Huh... that... that... face... It looks just like mine... but... my eyes..." Kaizoku stepped closer to examine the person's eyes.
"One red and the other blue? What's the meaning of this..." Kaizoku leaned in even closer.
"Wait... Something's not right... HUH!?" he jerked his head back, realizing something was wrong.
Suddenly, the figure that resembled him transformed into Taki. Fortunately, Kaizoku reacted quickly, narrowly avoiding Taki's chainsaw, which sliced upward from beneath the stone.
Taki stood up from where he had been lying, disguised as Kaizoku. "Welcome to my domain, kid..."
"Your domain!? How is this possible... We were on the snowy mountain... How did we get here?" Kaizoku asked, pointing Destion at Taki.
"Oh, child... You're so naïve... Entering this world for the first time without any knowledge at all... Sylphy didn't teach you well, did she? But that's okay. Reverend Taki will teach you much better... Far better than Sylphy ever could..." Taki laughed maniacally once again.
