Mrs Jane and Perrie stood at the computer system that displayed Manny's statistics.
"Display his statistics. I want to write out the latest stats, so I can show them to the queen," Mrs Jane the bee said.
Name: Manny

Then Perrie shifted the monitor for the camera to highlight Manny's bee room and show Manny's physical appearance when Prisca saw Mrs Jane's children rallying around Manny asking him all sorts of questions.
"Um.. ma'am, you may want to see something!" Perrie yelled as she called Mrs Jane, whose head was bent downwards, writing something on a paper.
Mrs Jane lifted her head up to see her children asking Manny questions inquisitively and touching his wings and other parts of his body.
"What?! Perrie, give someone else the computer to continue from where we stopped. Dickson, join me, we have a new bee to introduce to the hive!"
"Hurry, let's go, before my children ask questions and discover what they are not supposed to know.." Mrs Jane said and grabbed Perrie's wings, and they fluttered to her apartment.
Dickson was now her right-hand man. He followed her around and ran errands for her.
"Why are you asking where you are? You are here with us. My mother told us you are her brother. Is that not true?" The second bee asked. He was the most inquisitive one.
"Brother?" Manny asked in surprise. "I'm not a bee, I'm a human."
The baby bees laughed in mockery and the female baby bee came out of the closet, where she was hiding. She walked up to him and looked at him. He looked so handsome. He was much different from the other drones.
"You look so cute. Where is your hive? Where are you from? Since you are not my mother's brother?" The baby bee asked.
"This must be a bad dream. A very bad dream and I'm sure I'll wake up from it," Manny muttered in disbelief.
"What is your name?" Drake the bee asked.
"This is strange. Why does he keep saying it is a dream? Do you miss your mommy?" Josh asked, and the three bees burst into laughter.
The first baby bee was a male and he was named Drake. The second baby bee was a male too and he was named Josh. They had not yet become drones because they were still babies.
The last bee and the female baby bee's name was Florence.
"I understand you too, because sometimes when I visit my uncle's hive, I do get sad and miss my mom,"
Manny tried to walk, but instead his wings flapped, and he rose a little above the bed, then he fell with a thud on the floor.
The bees looked at him in astonishment.
They could not understand what was happening.
"Don't you know how to fly?" Drake asked.
"Don't worry, we will help you," Florence the bee cut in.
"But you have to tell us who you are and where you are from," Drake continued.
As the bees were going to continue bombarding Manny with questions, their mother came inside the room.
Manny was even more surprised to see her.
When Pw looked at Manny, she fell in love with him at first sight.
"Wow! He's so handsome," she thought to herself.
Their eyes locked together, and she couldn't take her eyes off him. He looked like a dream.
Dickson looked at both of them, and he noticed what was going on and threw his face to the side, looking unconcerned.
"Prisca, go to the kitchen and bring some honey custard for Manny to eat.
"Wait… how do you know my name?" Manny asked in astonishment.
He cleaned his eyes to make sure he was seeing well.
"Quit the drama, kid. My name is Mrs Jane. These are my kids, Drake, Josh and Florence. My husband is not back from work, this is Prisca, she's the cutie in charge of the control room and this is Dickson the drone."
"Yes, you're now a bee, and you'll be with us for a while till you learn to be kind to bees," Mrs Jane continued.
"Oh! And by the way, this is Dickson. He will show you around the place and make you acquainted. Make him your best friend. You have a lot to learn.
The baby bees frowned. They thought Manny was going to be their best friend. Now, their mother wanted to give the title to Dickson?
"I don't believe you. This is not real. I think I'm dreaming and when I wake up, all this will be over," Manny said, still in disbelief.
"You better wake up buddy, you will have dinner and after dinner you will stand trial before all the animals and insects you have hurt."
"Animals and insects?" Manny asked. "Is this what this is about? Nah, I still don't believe you."
Back in the real world, Manny's friends came over to visit him. They brought gifts, and they looked so sunken and sad.
"Good Afternoon Miss Maggie," Ethan greeted her when he entered the room and dropped the rose he had brought with him on the table.
"Good afternoon Miss Maggie," Tommy and Ben chorused when they entered the room Manny was in.
Manny's mother was seated by his side, worried and unwilling to leave. Aunty Rose stood by the side of the bed, holding Otis' hands.
A doctor was also by the other side of Manny's bed, checking his pulse. Manny's mother was hopeful. She was sure the doctor would come up with positive news.
"Ma'am, your child is fine. He had just a minor case of cold and Malaria. In two days, he will be back to himself."
Miss Maggie thanked the doctor and made to see him off. When the doctor left, Ethan picked up Manny's arm and inspected the place where Mrs Jane left the markings.
Manny had opened his eyes, but he wasn't speaking to anyone.
"I saw this mark on Manny's arm yesterday while
we were visiting the town's pond and I stayed up all night trying to understand it."
"Did Manny ever anger some bees?"
