Ryland smiled while casually crossing his legs and leaning back against the sofa. He wanted to discuss her situation after she left the apartment.
He tried to call her several times, but she blocked his number; she completely severed ties with him. This made him feel worried and angry at the same time.
"Abigail, where are you living now? Why not stay at my apartment? I've mentioned that you can stay there until you save enough money to buy your place, right?"
Abigail was left speechless by his words. She couldn't believe she had ever fallen in love with such a shameless man.
'Did he use black magic to blind me to his true intentions?' Abigail wondered, trying hard to suppress her emotions.
