Sawyer smiled when he saw Abigail gasping in surprise. He gently squeezed her hands, hoping to give her the strength to feel more confident.
"When Grandma and Grandpa found out, they worried about you. They even wanted to visit Orange Town to meet your grandmother. But, of course, I stopped them," he laughed before continuing, "At that time, I hadn't met your grandma yet. How could they meet her before I did?"
Abigail couldn't hold back her laughter as she watched how annoyed he was.
He continued, "Now, I won't stop them anymore. If Grandma Sophie lives with us, I'll gladly arrange their meeting."
"Hmm, it would be fun if they did meet. Besides, I've heard my grandma seems to know your grandpa. I hope they still remember each other..." Abigail felt relieved that Sawyer's grandparents were aware of her family, especially her embarrassing father, and they seemed okay with it.
