Erica felt humiliated. She curled her fingers into tight fists, anger unfurling inside her. She shot him a venomous glare. "Am I nothing more than a plaything to you?"
Luke paused in the middle of buttoning up his shirt. "Don't act so pure. You came to this party willingly. Did you really think this was a tea party? Look around—do you not see what kind of place this is?"
Erica looked away. She had seen people drinking, taking drugs, and having sex around. She regretted coming there in the first place. She wouldn't have come to meet him if she hadn't needed money.
"I didn't come here for this," she bit out.
Luke snorted, his expression oozing condescension. "You wouldn't have shown up here if you were so innocent. You actually want me to play with you. That's why you messed with me. Now stop this fucking act."
