Henry brought Dylan into a room. He gestured to a chair near the desk. "Take a seat," he said briskly, moving toward the sink to wash his hands. Dylan complied, settling into the chair with a composed demeanor.
"Don't tell Lilianna about the kidnapping. I don't want her to worry."
"I won't breathe a word," Dylan assured him.
Henry turned to him, wiping his hands. "Do you truly believe Dr. Fisher is involved in the kidnapping?" He squinted at him inquisitively.
"He might not be the mastermind, but he is part of this twisted game of vengeance," Dylan said with confidence. He believed Lydia was behind this.
"Game of vengeance?" Henry echoed, tilting his head. "Do you have someone in mind?"
"I do," Dylan admitted. "But I don't have any concrete proof yet." He leaned closer, his piercing gaze locking onto Henry's. "I need you to do something for me. Don't ask any questions, because I can't answer them. Just do it."
