In The Land of Iron, The Kages and Mifune were still sitting on their chairs even though it had been 5 hours since The Hokage left with her guard.
Originally, they were going to leave The Summit, but they had to stop after a masked man wearing Akatsuki clothes appeared.

The masked man introduced himself as Madara Uchiha and told his grand plan of Infinite Tsukuyomi. He waged the war on all 5 great nations by himself unless The Hidden Leaf Village gives The 9-Tails to him.
Gaara and the other Kages refused to let him have Naruto. The fact that the masked man appeared here means that Akatsuki failed to capture The 9-Tails Jinchuruki, which gave them all a huge confidence boost, especially Raikage, who attacked him for kidnapping Killer Bee. If The Hidden Leaf Village can stop their infiltration then that means that Akatsuki isn't strong enough to defeat them.
Either way, the so-called Madara Uchiha left after waging war on everyone. Since Onoki was the most experienced among the Kages, so, he told everyone how strong Madara was and how he shouldn't be taken lightly.
Soon, The Kages of the great nations saw a couple teleport in the Summit room. That couple was none other than Tsunade and Sasuke.
"Took you long enough, Hokage," Raikage said in anger. He wasn't in a great mood after learning that his brother was suffering in Akatsuki's hands.
"Stay polite, Raikage or a new war might start between us," Tsunade said as she knew that Sasuke would kill Raikage and start a war with The Hidden Cloud if he kept being cocky.
"I'm afraid that a new war has already begun, Hokage," Onoki said with a serious face.
"A new war?" Tsunade asked in confusion
"A lot has happened since you left," Mei said as Onoki started to explain what had happened after Tsunade and Sasuke left.
"Madara Uchiha? The Fourth Great Ninja War? Project Tsukuyomi?" Tsunade muttered as she digested the shocking information.
'So the things are going the same as original despite the unexpected attack on the village. Either way, I can't slack off, or something unexpected might happen yet again,' Sasuke thought.
"Either way, where is the 9-Tails? The Akatsuki doesn't have it which means that Naruto is fine. As the last Jinchuruki, he needs to be protected" Gaara said as he got worried for his friend's safety.
"Don't worry about that. They won't ever get their hands on The 9-Tails" Sasuke said in confidence. Even the Gedo Statue can't extract The 9-Tails since his Gluttony's stomach is a different dimension.
"He is right. 9-Tail security isn't a problem. The bigger problem is their forces that can disguise themselves as your ninjas and infiltrate your ranks," Tsunade said as she shocked all the Kages.
"What?" They all said at the same time with dumbfounded expressions.
"That could be a problem," Gaara said as he leaned back on the chair.
"That means our ninjas would have to use code names to protect their identity," Mei said with a sigh.
"What are you guys afraid of? They are just some fakes. We can easily kill them" Raikage said as he ridiculed the Kages for being afraid of something trivial.
"You are wrong, Raikage; their disguise is so good that you can't tell them apart from the original unless you have someone with a Rinnegan," Tsunade said, which made everyone silent, including Raikage.
"Hokage, are you sure about that?" Onoki asked as he looked towards Tsunade.
"Yes, we were only able to eradicate them because Sasuke could identify the fake ninjas through his Rinnegan," Tsunade said as she sat down on the chair.
"I guess we will need Sasuke's help in the future," Gaara said as he looked at Sasuke, who was standing beside Tsunade.
After that, The Kages talked about their countermeasures and their policy going forward.
In the end, they decided to unite and actively hunt the remaining Akatsuki members including Madara Uchiha.
As for the leader of the allied shinobi forces, they all collectively decided to make Tsunade their leader but she refused due to her pregnancy. So Raikage ended up becoming the leader of the Shinobi Alliance.
After that, They all decided to head back to their villages and informed their ninjas about the upcoming war.

"Now that you have mentioned it, when are you going to introduce me to your women? I didn't have the time to meet them today due to the invasion of Akatsuki". Tsunade asked to meet her fellow sisters.

"Husband, have you thought of a name for the child? I can't decide the name on my own" Tsunade said as she put her hand on her belly.
