Shiro and Hank, accompanied by a silver-haired Arcadian member named Selene, step into a dimly lit room. The air is thick with tension. At the center of the room, one of Ronen's men, disheveled and bruised, is strapped to a metal chair, his breath labored.
Shiro approaches slowly, his expression unreadable, eyes gleaming coldly in the low light. He speaks calmly, yet his words carry the weight of absolute authority.
"Tell me what Ronen is planning," Shiro demands, his voice cutting through the silence like a blade.
The man remains silent, refusing to meet Shiro's gaze. The room feels colder, the darkness closing in.
Hank steps forward, laying out a series of tools with deliberate precision. The Arcadian member, Selene, watches quietly from the side, her silver hair glinting in the faint light, her eyes sharp as she observes every move.
Minutes pass, and the room is filled with the sounds of the man's gasping breath and muffled cries as Hank works methodically. Still, the man refuses to break, holding onto his silence as if it were his last line of defense.
Finally, with a hoarse voice, the man gives in. "Central City... Ronen... he's planning an attack... but I don't know more. I swear... that's all I know."
Shiro steps closer, his eyes glowing faintly, an aura of calm control around him. He studies the man, and for a brief moment, the air grows still. Then, without warning, Shiro's gaze sharpens, his conjuring ability flaring to life.
The man's body freezes, his eyes wide with terror. His breath stops, and his body slumps in the chair, lifeless.
Shiro turns to Hank and Selene, his tone flat and unbothered. "Clean this up. We have what we need."
With that, Shiro walks out of the room, the weight of his actions never once slowing his stride.
