I Will Be The Hero Of This New World

In my previous life, I was a peerless killer All those who stood in my way died by my hands and as a seal of my crime I left a black card with the sign of silence, being known as Jack the Silent Those who betrayed me died Those who tried to outsmart me died I have a glorious life full of comfort and luxury But even the most powerful people in the world can't escape their fate "You have cancer" I guess I wasn't invincible Being in bed all alone I realized something How miserable I was and there I found a superhero movie at first it seemed boring to me And when the movie ended I cried because for the first time in my life I realized I didn't have a dream At some point I became a fan of superhero comics If only I had used my skills to save people instead of killing them Now I want to do the right thing but time waits for no one and I was dying If I lived again I would like to be a hero I would like to believe that I could save people and be proud of my actions I asked for a chance and promised that I would never give up, that I would be the hero that gives hope to people But it was too late and I closed my eyes losing to cancer Then I heard a voice "I hope you don't forget your promise" I opened my eyes and I was in another world I don't know who brought me, but I will keep my promise, I will be the hero of this new world
