Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Omniform Adaptation...

Today, July 5th, marked a poignant milestone for Orion - his 18th birthday. But instead of reveling in the joy that typically accompanies this rite of passage, he found himself overcome with sorrow. The pain of his past lingered, a constant reminder of the day his life was forever altered. Once revered and adored by all, he was now an outcast, exiled by those who had once celebrated him.

The weight of his memories bore down on him, and tears streamed down his face as he recalled the day he, a god, was cast out into the mortal world. His crime? Failing to awaken a concept. For three years, Orion had struggled to erase the heartache of his past, but the anniversary of his exile always brought the anguish flooding back.

As the hours passed, his tears eventually subsided, and exhaustion consumed him. He succumbed to a fitful sleep, only to be jolted awake by a familiar voice...

< Congratulations, Orion, on turning 18 years old!>

He had grown accustomed to hearing this voice every year, and normally, he would have ignored it and tried to sleep. But this time, the voice brought with it an unexpected notification - one that Orion had longed to hear three years ago...

< Congratulations, Orion, for awakening the concept of 'Omniform Adaptation'! Due to being a unique concept, Your race has been changed from "Minor God" to "Progenitus">

Orion's eyes snapped open, his heart racing as the notification echoed in his mind. Disbelieving, he wondered if it was just a dream. To shake off the uncertainty, he resorted to a primal test – biting his wrist. The searing pain shot through his nerves, confirming reality.

As the agony registered, an uncontainable euphoria surged through him. The notification wasn't a fantasy; it was real. Tears of joy pricked at the corners of his eyes. This moment vindicated him, disproving the cruel words of those gods who had cast him aside.

With trembling hands, Orion accessed the concept's description, his eyes devouring every word.

<*Omniform Adaptation*

"This unique concept, exclusive to individual Orion, enables the transcendence of limitations. By devouring the essence of any entity, concept, or being, Orion rewrites his existence, ascending to the pinnacle of its potential."

*NOTE*: Your race has been changed to Progenitus. A progenitus, is a exclusive species to individual Orion. A progenitus has no specific race. Whatever he devours, he transcends the boundary of that concept or bloodline and become the absolute one of that concept or bloodline.

*Effects:*

1. *Transcendence*: Surpass the devoured entity's capabilities, becoming the ultimate form of its concept.

2. *Inheritance*: Perfectly assimilate the devoured entity's attributes, abilities, and characteristics.

3. *Embodiment*: Become the originator and embodiment of the devoured concept's true potential.>

Orion's gaze lingered on the words, his mind reeling with the implications. This concept was his key to redemption, a testament to his true worth.

Orion's mind reeled in shock, his thoughts racing with the implications of his newly awakened concept. The sheer power it held was terrifying, and he knew he had to tread carefully. If the gods discovered his secret, they would stop at nothing to eliminate him.

"I must gain power and territory if I hope to oppose them," Orion thought, his strategic mind already racing ahead. "The divine realm is off-limits for now; I need to secure the five major realms(Demon, Vampire, Elves, Dragon and Youkai) first. And to do that, I must choose my battles wisely."

His gaze fell upon the Demon Realm, the most accessible option. "I can easily dispatch a low-level demon, but to become a Demon God, I need to choose a suitable race. Devils are out of the question; their appearance is too grotesque. Fallen Angels are led by Lucifer, and I have no desire to usurp his authority. That leaves Incubus, a fitting choice, especially since the only demon goddess, Lilith, is a succubus."

Orion approached the mirror, his reflection staring back at him. He stood tall, his 6'2" frame radiating captivating beauty. His raven-black hair cascaded down his back like a waterfall of night, with subtle hints of dark blue undertones that shimmered in the light. His violet eyes gleamed with an ethereal intensity, shining like stars in the darkness. His pearlescent skin glowed with a soft, luminous sheen, reminiscent of moonlit mist.

After his concept's awakening, Orion knew he couldn't waste a single moment. He retrieved a box from beneath a nearby table, containing gifts from the gods who truly cared for him. There was a cloak from Frigg, the Goddess of Weaving from the Norse faction, a bow from Hephaestus, the Goddess of Craftsmanship from the Greek faction, and a parchment from Idun, the Goddess of Runes from the Norse faction, granting him one-time transportation to any realm.

Orion donned the cloak, its midnight blue hue seeming to absorb and reflect the light around him. Shimmering silver threads formed a constellation pattern, evoking a sense of celestial movement. The cloak flowed behind him like a dark, starry mist, its lightweight yet protective fabric shielding him from the elements.

Next, he stored the bow in his storage ring, a gift from a goddess of space. With his preparations complete, Orion was ready to embark on his journey.
