Chapter 30 - Chapter 30: Evildoers will be punished by their own evildoers

Two of the boys entered the ruins with their pistols drawn.

Brother Hu also pulled out a revolver and followed behind.

There was no one to be seen in the ruins. All usable waste had long been looted by the hungry people, and no one dared to settle here. Only the remains of buildings and bricks were left.

Brother Hu looked around, and whenever he saw anyone moving, he would shoot them first before speaking.

The first little brother couldn't help but say, "This kid runs so fast that he can't be seen once he turns around."

Another kid laughed and said, "He probably discovered us and is hiding in a corner shivering! Hahaha."

Brother Hu was about to speak when he heard some building debris falling.

He couldn't help but glance up, his face suddenly filled with horror.

A blue body was clinging to the ruins of a high-rise building!

The body is about five meters tall, and judging by the two headlights and hood on the chest, as well as the wheels on the legs, it appears to be part of a sports car.

The most puzzling thing is why these components are on a mecha?

The other two younger brothers also noticed that the boss's expression was not right, and looked up.

Both of them opened their mouths in disbelief. Where did this mecha come from?

The blue mech lowered its head slightly, blue light flashing under its optical mirror.

The light seemed to pierce into Brother Hu's heart, and he took a half step back in horror.

"Well...well, this is all a misunderstanding, General of the Resistance Army. We didn't see anything and we won't say anything."

Jack jumped down from the building and landed among the rubble, crushing a large block of concrete.

The gusts of wind and smoke swept in all directions, and the rubble even cut three people, causing them to scream.

"You seem to be looking for me?"

Looking for me? Brother Hu put down his hands that were covering his face, his face full of horror.

Oh no, this mecha is in cahoots with that guy just now!

He quickly said, "No, no, we just thought you were suspicious, so we wanted to follow you and see..."

The more he spoke, the less confident he became. Just listen to what nonsense he just said. Who would believe it?

The other two younger brothers nodded quickly, cursing the boss in their hearts.

They said this business was easy to do and that one job could support them for several months, but now I'm afraid I can't even save my life.

Jack's right hand turned into a pulse cannon and he stared at the three people with amusement.

"Great, let's play a little game."

"Game?" Brother Hu's face darkened, wondering what the mecha in front of him was planning.

Jack stroked his chin and said with interest.

"Don't you have a revolver? Load one bullet in each round. Each of you shoot five times in the head. Those who survive can go."

Five shots? The two brothers looked at each other and were shocked.

Firing five shots, isn't this playing with your life?

They both looked at Brother Hu, hoping that the boss would make the decision.

Brother Hu stared at the mecha and forced a smile.

"Sir, this place is not far from the United Army outpost. If we open fire and attract the United Army, it will not be good news for you or us."

"Besides, we just want to rob and have no intention of hurting anyone's life. Isn't it too much for you to do this?"

Jack sneered and played an audio clip.

"There's not a lot of people in the ruins. Take out your guns and shoot when you see a target!"

Brother Hu's expression darkened, and as he looked at the five-meter-tall mecha, his face became increasingly ugly.

"Do you really want to do this?"

The pulse cannon is charging, Jack said lightly.

"Evil will be punished by evil. You are unlucky to have met me. I will only give you ten seconds to prepare."

Brother Hu took a deep breath, as if he had accepted his fate, and raised his revolver.

The two younger brothers trembled in fear, "Brother Tiger, do you really want to play like this?"

Brother Tiger raised the muzzle of his gun, quickly pulled the trigger and cursed, "Fuck you, I don't want to play!"

After saying that, he and his two younger brothers fled into the ruins of the building.

"Bang, bang, bang!" Three bullets hit the fuselage, but only scratched the paint and emitted sparks.

Jack shook his head, "Too bad you chose the wrong answer."

As soon as he finished speaking, a bright light flashed from the muzzle of the cannon.

Brother Hu looked back and stared in despair at the blue light emitting from the gun barrel, which was thicker than his thigh.

He thought viciously in the last moments.

The Allied Forces will be here soon, let them be buried with us!

Amidst the ruins, Jack put away the pulse cannon, and the three gangsters physically disappeared without even a scream.

He looked up at the horizon and his expression changed.

Just three seconds after the gunshot, the United Nations drone arrived immediately after hearing the sound. It was really fast.

There is no need to conflict with the United Forces.

Jack turned into a sports car and drove away from the scene.

Half a minute later...

A disc-shaped drone arrived at the scene, and a blue beam swept across the ruins.

When the drone detected traces of energy weapons, its indicators quickly flashed red and issued a series of warnings.

Three minutes later, a hovercraft belonging to the United Army arrived at the scene.

The cyborg soldiers wearing biochemical suits arrived, and they immediately cordoned off the scene and conducted a more thorough search of the ruins.

A humanoid robot and a woman jumped off the hovercraft, and the two came to the battle site together.

The woman with the rank of major faced the robot respectfully.

"This is it, my lord. A drone just reported that non-Earth weapons were used here."

The robot scanned the ground, seeing crushed concrete, stirred up dust, hot shell casings, human tissue stuck in the rubble, and two clear tire tracks.

Six drones circled the ruins, emitting blue light to create a projection.

The body constructed of blue light clung to the building, then leaped to the ground, blasted three people to pieces with some kind of energy weapon, and finally left via some kind of wheeled vehicle.

The robot turned around and said, "Major, go check the identities of these three monkeys."

The major frowned slightly; she really hated the term 'only'.

Do these stupid and arrogant starfish people really think they are superior to humans?

She hid her emotions and smiled, "Please forgive me, sir. The population data of the earth has long been lost."

"The United Government database does not contain enough population information to conduct genetic comparisons."

"What a bunch of low-level creatures! They can't even handle such a small matter." The robot replied coldly, and then looked up at the sky.

Those enemies of the Empire openly violated the Star Alliance Treaty and sold equipment of advanced civilizations to lower civilizations.

If it weren't for them, how could this group of monkey rebels use things from higher civilizations to build mechas to resist?

Thinking of this, he glanced at the major with disgust.

He didn't want to have any contact with these monkeys for a moment. Even remote contact through a robot made him feel sick.

"For the record, strengthen the joint forces' surveillance of this area, and report anything you find to me immediately."

After saying this, the robot lost its agility.

The major breathed a sigh of relief, but when he looked at his surroundings, a layer of gloom filled his heart again.

Drone scans showed that this mecha did not match the mechas currently in use by the rebels, which meant that they had assembled new mechas.

This is really getting more and more troublesome.
