Magellan Wasn't thereatend by the wax in front of him, his Rage boiling as he decided to finally go all out, transforming into his most powerful form, known as The Venom Demon
A colossal manifestation of poison in the shape of a demon, panic spread among the onlookers. The sight of the wax disintegrating in an instant left everyone in shock. This poison wasn't something mere wax or defenses could hold off for long—its potency was terrifying.
'Holy shit the wax isn't holding on at all…' Kai's thoughts raced as the dark, toxic form of the Venom Demon loomed in the prison halls Melting the wax that was separating them from him 'Magellan's not holding back this time. No way Mr. 3's wax can withstand that kind of poison for long.'
The prison erupted into chaos as pirates and allies scattered in all directions, desperate to escape the deadly reach of the poison. Even as the danger grew, Luffy, standing amidst the fumes of dissolving wax, stood his ground, eyes narrowed in fierce determination. He was ready to face the warden again, despite having lost so brutally in their previous encounter.
'Of course, Luffy isn't going to run. Typical,' Kai thought, watching from the side. 'He's too stubborn to back down, even against a monster like Magellan.'
Magellan's venomous form moved closer, and Kai could feel the heat from the poison, even from a distance. Mr. 3, seeing the same danger, rushed to cover Luffy once again with his wax. It wouldn't last long against the Venom Demon, but it would at least buy them time.
Luffy, now covered in a fresh layer of wax, charged forward, fists blazing. He met Magellan head-on, his wax armor sizzling under the relentless poison. Kai watched as the two began to clash, and although Luffy was still at a disadvantage, the wax allowed him to keep up—if only for now.
While everyone around him was panicking, Kai felt a familiar pull. His system buzzed to life, and a notification appeared in his mind.

A small smirk tugged at the corners of Kai's mouth. 'Survive? Barely made it. But those rewards… that's going to help.' He could feel the power surging through him as the quest rewards materialized in his inventory. 10,000 runes... plus that sword and the Ash of War. This will definitely come in handy.
His thoughts quickly turned to the runes he had collected. He had killed five of those jailor beasts earlier, netting 2,500 runes each, a total of 12,500. Adding the 10,000 from the quest reward, plus the 16,252 runes he had gathered during the brutal battle back on Level 3, his total came to 38,752.
'Time to level up,' Kai thought as he brought up the system interface.

As the familiar rush of energy flowed through his body, Kai noted how his health had increased with the boost in Vigor.
'More health means I won't collapse the second Magellan's poison touches me.' He flexed his fingers, feeling the newfound strength in his body. 'Good call. If that Venom Demon reaches me, I'll need every bit of health to survive.'
He glanced at his other stats. Mind and Intelligence had increased as well, and the surge of power coursing through his mana pool made him feel sharper. 'More spells, more power. I'll need that, especially for Night Shard—quiet but lethal. Magellan might not even see it coming.'
Kai quickly navigated through the system shop. The remaining runes would allow him to purchase a few critical items. 'I can't afford to be reckless. Magellan's poison is no joke.'

Kai couldn't help but grit his teeth as he saw the prices.
'1000 runes for a single cured meat? This system is really gouging me,' he thought bitterly. 'And 4000 for the Neutralizing Boluses... What a rip-off.'
Even though he was frustrated, he knew the purchases were necessary. Immunizing Cured Meat would increase his poison resistance temporarily, giving him a better chance of surviving an encounter with Magellan's venom. And the Neutralizing Boluses? Well, they were his best shot at cleansing any deadly venom that might slip through his defenses.
With his preparations complete, Kai drew the Cleanrot Knight's Sword, feeling its weight in his hand. The blade glistened in the dim light of the prison, promising devastation. The Ash of War: Blood Tax glowed faintly, as if eager to be used.
'This isn't my Estoc, but it'll get the job done,' Kai thought, gripping the hilt tighter. If I can land a hit, I'll siphon some health back… but that's a big if against someone like Magellan.
The ground beneath his feet trembled as Luffy and Magellan's clash reached a fever pitch. Mr. 3 struggled to maintain his wax defenses, but the Venom Demon was too potent. It wouldn't be long before Luffy's wax armor was entirely melted away.
Kai's gaze hardened as he stepped forward.
'Alright, Luffy… I'll back you up. Let's finish this.'
As the battle raged on, Kai knew there was no time to waste. The Venom Demon was closing in fast. Without hesitation, he consumed one of the Immunizing Cured Meat packs from his inventory, and the system immediately notified him.

'Five minutes… and only 80%. It sounds like a lot, but with Magellan's poison, even that 20% will feel like hell,' Kai thought grimly. The potency of the Venom Demon was unlike any normal poison. Even with resistance, it would still burn through him like fire. He couldn't afford to make a mistake.
From behind Luffy, Kai took up position, deciding to play it safe and provide support. 'I'm no match for Magellan up close, not yet.' He summoned Magic Glintblade and began hurling the ethereal blades at the warden. They sliced through the air, aiming to distract and weaken Magellan while Luffy took the brunt of the battle. When Magellan's attention shifted toward Kai, he had no choice but to raise his shield and brace himself.
'That was close,' he thought, his arms vibrating from the force of the impact as the poison coated his shield. The poison sizzled dangerously, and even though he wasn't hit directly, the heat from it was overwhelming.
Luffy, on the other hand, was fully engaged with Magellan, but it was clear that the poison was taking its toll. Even with the wax covering him, he was barely holding on. Kai could feel the tension in the air—this wasn't a fight they could win by brute force alone

In the midst of the chaos, Jinbe tore a massive steel door off its hinges with a single mighty pull, his muscles rippling as he hoisted it over his head. With a grunt of effort, he tossed the door into the sea, the heavy steel landing with a splash, miraculously floating. Jinbe dove in after it, swimming beneath the surface with the door positioned above him like a raft.
Buggy, already in full panic mode, spotted the floating door-raft and saw his chance. "This is it! I'm outta here!" he yelled. Without a second thought, he took a comically large leap, flailing through the air before landing flat on his stomach atop the makeshift raft. "Oof!" he groaned, quickly clinging to the edge.
Meanwhile, nearby, Mr. 1 was locked in combat with a guard. With a swift strike, he cut down his opponent, his blade-like arms gleaming. He noticed Buggy's sudden getaway attempt and turned to nudge Crocodile, who was standing calmly in the midst of the battle.
Crocodile glanced over with his usual nonchalant expression, surveying the scene. The massive door, Jinbe swimming beneath it, and Buggy clinging desperately to the top. With a sigh of annoyance, he flicked his hook arm to the side, summoning a swirling sandstorm.
"Guess we're doing this," Crocodile muttered.
The sandstorm whipped through a group of approaching guards, flinging them aside like ragdolls. The battlefield was momentarily cleared. Crocodile stepped forward with deliberate strides as Mr. 1 followed.
With one last look at the remaining chaos, Crocodile gave a small nod, acknowledging the unspoken plan. He and Mr. 1 leapt onto the makeshift raft in one fluid motion, joining Buggy, who was still gripping the edge with all his might.
"Move it, Fish-Man. We're taking over that ship," Crocodile commanded, his cold eyes fixed on the marine vessel in the distance.
Jinbe, unbothered by the extra weight, surged forward in the water, swimming with powerful strokes, propelling the makeshift raft toward the nearby marine ship
