Oasis opened the door and found himself in the same hallway with three doors and the main door that led outside.
He glanced at the other doors, shook his head, and made his way to the main door.
Without wasting time, he opened it and stepped outside.
The moon glowed in Tir na Nog as he passed the guardian statues.
The bodies that were there when he entered were nowhere to be seen, presumably eaten by mystic beasts.
"Phew, finally fresh air," Oasis said, smiling with relief.
He recalled Fenris's words:
"Never forget you are still a child and you have many years to live, young one. Enjoy your life to the fullest and make the best memories."
"Don't forget the reason for seeking to be strong, and don't hold back pain as young as you are."
"Don't hesitate to destroy those who seek to destroy you and those who stand in your way."
"Your killing intent was made from killing mystic beasts, but you have never yet killed a human like yourself."
"In this place, you won't be able to run from such fate."
"You will have to kill because if you don't, you will get killed, and so will your friends and family."
"This is the world of strength: be weak and perish, be strong and triumph, and protect what is yours."
"The real test of the endless passage was to make you remember who you are and build your will."
"In that process, your conscious realm became stronger, as did your spiritual energy."
"Your cultivation might not have increased, but it has become a solid foundation, thus making you stronger."
"Your two years in here were not a waste," Fenris had explained.
"Note that you not only possess the phoenix bloodline but also a dragon bloodline. So take heed and be careful as you venture the world."
"Thank you, old man," Oasis whispered with a tear in his eye.
Phew!!!
"Time to hunt," Oasis said.
"But first, I need to clean up. I haven't bathed in like two years," Oasis thought, holding out his fingers and counting.
"Whoa, does it mean I am the same age as Zane and the others?" Oasis thought.
"Haha," he laughed as he moved.
"Divine Peak," Oasis said as he unleashed his spiritual energy.
A burst of spiritual energy radiated from Oasis, scanning his surroundings.
The proximity was far bigger than before, scanning up to a 5000-meter radius.
"Whoa, I couldn't maintain control," Oasis thought, surprised.
"I managed to peek about 200 cultivators in different locations."
"That aura looks familiar. Isn't that Prince Aelric Evergreen's aura?" Oasis thought as he picked up a familiar energy signature.
Oasis quickly moved, looking for a place to clean up. Oasis's Divine Peak does not scan the terrain of the surroundings.
It only picks up the mana of cultivators and their levels, as well as mystic beasts and their ranks and locations.
It is a spiritual technique that consumes spiritual energy.
---
In various locations in Tir na Nog, some cultivators felt Oasis's peak.
Since Oasis did not control his new increased spiritual energy, it was intimidating to most of the cultivators and made most of them cautious.
Some fled the vicinity and moved to other places in Tir na Nog.
---
Somewhere in the same area covered by Oasis's peak, a young girl around the age of 7 was walking alone.
She had brown skin, long black hair in a ponytail, and wore clothing consisting of a flowing blue robe and a small turban.
"That was uncle's energy. I need to find him," she thought, using her energy to lock onto the caster of the peak.
The girl moved towards Oasis at speed.
---
"It's been some time since I was here. I have not met anyone from Verdantia," Prince Aelric spoke to himself as he moved, looking around.
"And that energy signature, it felt familiar, but I can't remember who it belongs to. But it was powerful," he thought.
"This place is becoming more dangerous with each passing day."
"I'll just mind my own business. As long as no one comes my way, I won't bother anyone," he said.
"I haven't even found a treasure, only loot from those who tried to kill me," he recalled.
Prince Aelric was moving around alone in the same area covered by Oasis's peak.
It was evident that those who felt the energy either got intimidated and moved away or felt it and ignored it, continuing to do what they were doing.
Others ignored the intimidation and went towards the caster.
---
After a few hours, Oasis finally found a small stream.
He washed up, his hair grown in all directions and even covering his face. He just washed it and left it as it was.
"That does it. I feel refreshed. Time to hunt," Oasis said as he moved away.
---
!!!
"Uncle! Uncle! Uncle!" a voice of a small girl sang as she approached Oasis.
"Huh, uncle? In this place?" Oasis thought.
"Someone is approaching me," Oasis felt the presence of the little girl using his other senses.
The little girl finally appeared.
"Huh?" she made a silly face.
She moved in circles around Oasis, looking at him.
Oasis scratched his head, but it was evident that he was alert since a little girl in Tir na Nog was unusual.
"You are not Uncle. Who are you?" the girl asked.
Oasis stood still, pondering the little girl's presence.
"Who's this girl?" he thought.
The girl tugged on Oasis's top, looking up at him expectantly.
"Why is your energy similar to Uncle's?" she asked again.
"What is she talking about?" Oasis wondered.
"Ah, little girl, I'm not your uncle. What are you doing here alone?" he asked.
"Uncle said he was coming here for treasure and left little me behind, so I sneaked here to find treasure with Uncle," she said, pouting.
"But little me can't find Uncle."
"Little me?" Oasis thought.
"Who is your uncle, and what is your name?" he asked.
"Little me is Aya," she replied.
"Aya?" Oasis echoed, waiting for her to continue.
Before Aya could respond, a group of men emerged from the trees, their expressions malicious.
"Hehe, look what we have here," one of the men sneered.
Oasis immediately stepped in front of Aya, shielding her from the men.
"Stay behind me," he whispered to her.
