Chapter 101 - Chapter 101 Falling ship

"This ship overhead?"

Everyone froze for a moment, stunned, and then realization hit them all at once.

"You mean... this ship fell from the sky? Which means its crew might've been to Sky Island?" Sanji asked, still unsure.

"Exactly!" Kai confirmed with a nod.

"So, why don't we go up there and take a look?" Luffy chimed in, clapping his hands together, excitement flooding his face at the thought of the next adventure.

Robin, watching this unfold, couldn't help but feel a little perplexed. She glanced over at Kai with curiosity. Despite all the explanations she had given earlier, the crew still had their doubts about the existence of Sky Island. But as soon as Kai mentioned it, they immediately believed him. Even Nami, who had been so adamant that it wasn't possible, quickly switched sides.

What kind of magic does this man have? Robin mused to herself, her curiosity about Kai deepening.

Kai, seeing the crew's interest, asked, "So, who wants to go up? I'll take you to have a look."

Immediately, the more cautious members of the crew backed away. Usopp trembled as he said, "I'm, uh, terrified of heights!"

"Same here!" Nami quickly added, waving her hand dismissively.

Chopper's face had turned pale, his voice shaking, "Reindeer... we can't go to the sky!"

Kai shot them an amused look. You guys sure weren't scared when you were running across ropes on Drum Island! He thought, shaking his head.

Turning to Robin, he asked, "Robin, want to come up?"

"Sure, I'm quite interested in this," Robin said with a nod.

"Alright, I'll take you first!" Kai stepped forward, but just as he was about to move, Sanji jumped in front, blocking his path with an outstretched arm.

Kai raised an eyebrow. "Sanji, what are you doing?"

With a confident grin, Sanji declared, "Kai, you're not the only one who can fly now!" He leaped out of the ship, and for a moment, everyone held their breath, thinking he would fall. But then Sanji stepped on the air itself and started running upwards, showcasing his newfound Moonwalk ability.

"Sanji!" The crew rushed to the edge to watch.

Kai's eyebrows shot up in surprise. These guys just keep leveling up, he thought. First Luffy and Zoro mastered Haki, and now Sanji had learned Moonwalk.

When Sanji returned to the deck, he struck a gallant pose and said, "Miss Robin, let your knight escort you to the sky~"

The crew cringed at the display. Even Robin stifled a laugh as she replied, "Thank you, Sanji, but I still want Kai to take me."

Sanji's face froze in shock, his gallant expression shattered. The duck he thought he had in his grasp had flown away! He turned his glare towards Kai, who only shrugged with an innocent look.

Robin approached Kai with a smile. "Shall we go?"

"Of course," Kai replied, lifting her gently. Just as he was about to take off, Nami called out, "Wait!"

Everyone turned to her in confusion.

"I want to go too!" Nami said, stepping forward.

Kai raised an eyebrow, "Didn't you just say you couldn't go?"

"That was then, this is now. I changed my mind," Nami said nonchalantly, though she had no intention of admitting the real reason — that she felt a little jealous seeing Kai with Robin.

Kai smiled and said, "Alright," as he effortlessly lifted Nami with his other arm. With Robin on one side and Nami on the other, Kai used Moonwalk to ascend into the sky.

As they soared upwards, Kai couldn't resist teasing Sanji, "Hey, Sanji, I'll leave Luffy and Zoro to you. See you at the top!"

Sanji seethed as he watched Kai disappear into the sky with both women. That should've been me! he thought bitterly, glancing over at Luffy and Zoro with a growing sense of disgust. Why do I have to deal with these two?

Luffy, impatient as ever, shouted, "Come on, Sanji, what's taking so long!"

Sanji sighed, took a deep drag from his cigarette, and grabbed both Luffy and Zoro by the collars. With a powerful leap, they shot into the air. But something wasn't right.

Why... is this so heavy?

Clang!

The trio crashed back onto the deck with a thud.

Chopper and Usopp, watching from the sidelines, exchanged puzzled looks before snickering. "Sanji, you're amazing!" Usopp teased, "Look at Kai, carrying both Nami and Robin like it's nothing. But you... well..."

"Shut it!" Sanji snapped, glaring at them. "It's because they're too heavy! If I were holding Miss Nami and Miss Robin, I'd fly up there in no time!"

"Tch," Usopp and Chopper said in unison, their expressions full of doubt.

While Sanji struggled with his pride and his passengers, Kai, Nami, and Robin had reached the ship in the sky. As soon as they landed, the stench of decay hit them, and dust swirled through the air. The deck creaked under their feet, threatening to give way at any moment.

"We should be careful," Kai said, stepping cautiously. "Let's check out the interior."

While they explored the mysterious ship, Sanji finally managed to haul Luffy up, but only one at a time. Looking down at Zoro, he felt a surge of satisfaction.

Do I really need to bring the moss head?

Satisfied with his reasoning, he decided not to return for Zoro. After all, they had more than enough people for the exploration. With a sly grin, Sanji called out, "Miss Nami, Miss Robin, I'm coming!"

Meanwhile, on the ship below, Zoro waited. And waited. His patience wearing thin, he muttered to himself, "That damn curly-browed perv isn't coming back, is he?"

As the minutes dragged on, Zoro's face darkened. "That idiot left me behind!"

He clenched his fists. "When he comes back down, I'll slice him to pieces!"

Just as Zoro's frustration peaked, a strange, melodic singing began to drift through the air, catching everyone's attention...
