Buggy nearly laughed out loud.
Help? He was cozy in his tent until these two idiots fell on top of him out of nowhere.

"Who are you? What are you doing in my turf?"
"Buggy, Red Nose, are you Buggy the Clown?" Luffy asked, surprised.

Buggy slowly got up from the ground, coughing a few times.
His gaze towards Kai was solemn but less fearful.
"I thought you were really strong! I didn't expect that kick to be all you've got!"
"Then don't blame me for leaving you all here today!"
He wasn't afraid of the people with Kai. The sea is vast; if he killed Kai here today, who would know?
