Merlin was currently engaging Aquaria in combat. Aquaria used her skill and ten squid like tentacles sprouted out from her back. She attacked Merlin with her whips with deadly precision, her attacks aimed at his vital.
Merlin dodged an parried the attacks skillfully and delivered a devasting kick to her chest but the attack was sidestepped and she used one of tentacles like a whip, aiming it at Merlin chest. Merlin used teleportation to dodge the attack and cut off five tentacles with his scythe.
She took a step back and supplied more Se into her tentacles turning them bright red. The five tentacles that Merlin had cut off, regrew and they all shot forward at Merlin with immense speed and precision. Merlin was able to narrowly dodge the attacks and sent an energy slash infused with his light manipulation towards her.
She didn't flinch at the incoming attack and used her tentacle to completely absorb the attack. Her attacks shot forward at Merlin and their speed was as fast as the speed of light. Merlin was able to deflect some of the attack but the others impaled him in the chest, head, neck, arms and legs.
She glared at him with an angry and disappointed look in her eyes. She stepped forward, "You are quite weak considering that you Cyber's first born child."
"You sure about that," Merlin said mockingly as he tapped her on her shoulder and used to blood control to completely paralyze her. She tried to forcefully move her body but all her efforts were to no avail. She decided to use a forbidden technique.
"Varewasdos," She muttered under her breath and a dark ominous aura shrouded her entire body. Her body was going through some sort of transformation. Her bones broke down and reconstructed themselves over and over again until they were as strong as x-triennium steel. Her muscle grew larger and larger. The tissues in her body tore apart and reconstructed themselves at least five times. He body grew larger in size and her fish tail was replaced with twenty black tentacle that gave of a dark oppressive aura. Her hair also changed into tentacles.
Keith was sitting on the sidelines with the head of Pelagius was desperately trying to control his urge to fight her.
"Hey kid, are you okay? You look like you about to shit your pants," Pelagius asked with a slightly concerned look on his face.
"I am trying to control myself from fighting your girlfriend over there," Keith said as drool came out from the side of his mouth, his body fidgeting in excitement.
Pelagius couldn't help but sigh, he knew the nature of Celestials just by fighting alongside a certain Celestial. "Do all of you Celestials get turned on by prospect of fighting stronger opponents?" Pelagius said in a joking tone.
"Yes," Keith answered with hesitation without even giving it a single thought.
"What the fuck," Pelagius said. He was quite surprised by how fast he answered that question without a single trace of shame in his face. He glared at Keith for a while and Keith said, "Celestials mostly get excited when they are fighting stronger opponents because of two reasons. No.1 The fight will be a bit challenging and Celestial don't usually get the luxury of fighting stronger opponents. No.2 The stronger the opponent the more power they gain."
Pelagius just nodded and did not press the matter any further and decided to concentrate on the fight. Aquaria attacked with her tentacle, her attack swift and precise. Merlin parried and swiftly dodge the attacks.
Aquaria noticed that none of her attacks were landing on him even though she had increased her strength. 'What that fuck. How is he able to dodge all of my attacks effortlessly? Didn't Suguru was self-taught.' Her frustration was palpable and Merlin could sense it so he decided to let some of her attacks hit him.
She noticed his decrease in speed and felt even more frustrated. 'He dared to slow down,' she thought, 'But I can use this to my advantage.' All her tentacles lashed out with lightspeed and deadly precision. Merlin was forced to go on the defensive as he deflected and successfully parry the attacks. His timing and reflexes were otherworldly being able to skillfully dodge, deflect and parry attacks that were as fast as the speed of light was due countless battles with entities on par with Celestials.
The battles raged on for a few more seconds until Merlin got the upper hand. He was able to predict her attack and used his long black scythe to cut off her tentacles. He charged at her with a sudden burst of speed.
'Time to end this,' he thought to himself as he jumped and aimed his scythe at her neck. She opened her mouth and a spherical shaped red ball of energy appeared and shot at Merlin in the form of a beam. Merlin teleported behind the woman and swung his sword with all of his strength decapitated her head in a swift fluid motion.
He landed on the floor elegantly and his scythe reverted back to its original form. "That was too easy," Merlin said in disappointment as he let out a sigh. He walked over to Keith and said, "Let's go defeat a Chaos Lord."
Keith put Pelagius head on the ground as he stood. He said, "It was fun talking to you but I have got a job to do. Bye!" he waved his hand as he bid him farewell. The both walked toward the black giant door and tried to open it by it was sealed shut. They used their swords to cut through the door and entered the massive thrown room.
In the middle of the room, The Chaos Lord sat on his thrown, his very presence giving of a mysterious and dangerous aura. He had crimson red hair that was a stark contrast to his blue like skin. He wore blue x-triennium steel armor and in his right hand, he held a golden trident with an intricate and beautiful pattern.
The Chaos Lord opened his eyes and his killing intent shot out from his body. Keith and Merlin felt a chill run down their spines but in stand of feeling afraid, they slightly felt exhilarated.
