A world where quirks and unique abilities were commonplace, and everyone used them to highlight their individuality. A world where villains and heroes clashed, both destroying and creating. Another life was about to begin in this cruel and dangerous world. Do not underestimate this wondrous new world. It will not simply accept you; it will grab hold of you in the brutal grip of reality, tearing at your flesh, grinding your bones to dust, and building a city over your grave, as it has done for countless others who perished...

14 years to the canon of MHA.

Long ago, before the U.A. Academy and before such a thing as All Might, there was a plan by Doctor Ujiko. The plan involved attempting to clone humans from the flesh of the All For One in order to obtain an heir with an enhanced All For One quirk. In that distant era, the Doctor rarely had contact with the All For One, and he felt that the All For One`s power and time were coming to an end. In order to prolong Sensei's will, he despaired of this experiment.

In a remote laboratory with equipment worth many millions of dollars, the Doctor spent months experimenting with All For One cells to identify the quirk mutation and multiply it in a nutrient medium, going through many stages of selection and dozens of generations. Then the stem cells differentiated (turned into) sperm.

Why can't they just collect All For One sperm? Ujiko didn't ask him personally about this, and it's not good to give him hope of results ahead of time. His activities were not informed and Sensei did not know about it. Fortunately, Ujiko had a lot of freedom of action and, most importantly, the latest modern equipment.

He extracted DNA cells from a hair of Sensei that had fallen out of sight during one of the general meetings with his pawns. This hair stood out so much and caught Ujiko's eye, as if he had a chance to implement this idea and see what would happen. It is impossible to extract DNA from the hair itself, because the hair consists of dead cells, but if the hair turned out to be with a follicle... Nothing motivated him more than enthusiasm for experimenting with quirks.

In order to turn cells with DNA into stem cells, a technique called inducing pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells) is used. Scientists can take cells with DNA, for example, from the skin, and reprogram them back into the state of stem cells, capable of turning into any type of cell in the body. However, this raises certain ethical and legal questions.

Ujiko placed several dozen petri dishes with the numbers JX001..2..3 in the incubator. This process of cell development and survival will take some time. The old doctor himself stretched his back and sat down to recall the plan written down on one of the forms:

1) Extract DNA. *crossed out*

2) Multiply and save samples. *crossed out*

3) Cell selection.

4) Insert into an egg and fertilize

5) Incubation and growth of samples into objects.

6) Begin artificial selection.

He took out a pen and wrote down a few more points.

7a) In case of success: ...?

7b) In case of failure: Destroy the objects.

His hand began to twitch slightly from nerves after writing it down.

-Okay. Pull yourself together... Phew.

This was a plan for the male, now the same is needed for the female to create an egg, and then after fertilization. All For One himself never had a romantic relationship, he was interested in power and influence, that's why he had no sons. Perhaps he was stubborn and selfish enough not to see his own limitations and the end of the Demon King era, but Ujiko understood this perfectly well, who began to actively think about replacing him.

The doctor, owning his own hospital in the small town of Jako, receives data on young women - egg sponsors, but this was not enough. He could also use connections on the black market to find a surrogate, remove her eggs the black market to find a surrogate, remove her eggs... It seems too risky and not worth it. It will be easier to strain yourself and make another batch of samples from All For One cells and turn them into eggs instead of sperm. That is, de facto, the future offspring will have one parent and they will be test tube children.

Ujiko wiped the sweat from his face and turned on the air conditioner. Time to get to work.

A week later

Out of a thousand samples, none survived. Not a single damn cell... Ujiko was not a master in genetics and selection, but he knew something. And even so, he understood that this labor-intensive procedure required many trials so that the desired cell could survive.

- So, we need to change the transfection method and increase the cultivation to five thousand samples. Yes, it might work. - "Wait, new heir, you will be the strongest and the most evil. You will accumulate incredible anger in a strict competitive environment and become even stronger, so that later you can awaken your quirk with your anger. The strength of emotional shocks always affects quirks." Thanks to his incredible enthusiasm and motivation, Ujiko could sit in his lab for years without leaving. His hospital was temporarily run by staff who did not even suspect his crazy plans and connection with the Demon King, aka All For One.

After another two months, he managed to breed the best hundred from five thousand samples. Satisfied with the result, he sent them to the incubator.

Serene Japanese music played in the background while Ujiko crossed Sensei's eggs and sperm. A hundred eggs and a hundred sperm.

The work was calm and neat. The gloves sparkled under the cold light of the lamps. Finally, the whole day passed and everything was successful. The zygote process began, and he placed them in ectopic incubators.

Now all that was left was a small matter. For six months, observe the growth of embryos into real babies. Monitor their indicators and filter out unstable organisms. And so Ujiko would select 10 of the most promising and healthiest babies with the most stable indicators without deviations.

During the entire term of growth of organisms, Ujiko set up measuring devices to collect diagnostic data on the fetuses. A couple of them turned out to be weak already in the first week and had to be "removed" from the list of candidates, and so on. Every week, at least several potential candidates were knocked out of the selection, without even awakening the quirk.

At the same time, Ujiko had to combine work in the hospital, while carriers of the All For One genes were growing in the basement of a huge laboratory. In artificial wombs there was always a chance of breaking down and interrupting the nutrition of the fetuses, so he remotely monitored the indicators of the artificial wombs on the monitor of his computer.
