Inside the Castle of Dawn, there were many other rooms, some for maidens and Knightguards, others for the royal families themselves.
Amongst these others, was a golden room glimmering under the soft light of an ornate chandelier. There were cascading crystals catching the sun streaming in from tall, circular windows.
The walls were fancy, patterns curled like vines, offset by deep maroon drapes lined with gold embroidery.
With the plush, oversized settee sitting in the center, surrounded by gilded mirrors and wardrobes brimming with silks, velvets, and lace, one could tell that this room belonged to a woman. A wealthy one for that matter.
Jewelry boxes and trays, filled with glittering gems, were spread across a marble-topped vanity.
Of course, it was Mother Aurora's room.
