As I open the door into the next room a waft of death hits my face, Zombies.
Pickaxes in hand, they all mine away at the walls of the dungeon, hoping to find ore that's not there.
When I take my first step into the room their heads snap to look at me, they slowly begin to walk over, brandishing their pickaxes as weapons.
The first zombie swings but it's slow and I can easily dodge it, the second is the same, but on the third I can't dodge as easy, their numbers begin to overwhelm me.
I begin taking out the zombies, a straight to the face is enough to make their heads fly off. This allows me to take down a handful.
I begin walking further into the room, where more zombies are awaiting me. I quickly take care of them as well, leaving me with just the door to the next room.
The door stood at a staggering 15 feet tall, it was wooden with steel trim, it was safe to assume this was the door to the boss room.
Seeing as I encountered bats and zombies in the dungeon, the boss was most likely a golem.
I push the door open and I was right, inside the room was a giant golem. It's eye gleamed like a light when I entered and the pile of rocks erupted to life.
The golem's weak point is it's core, if you can remove it or destroy it the entire golem will come crashing down.
The core shines before the golem constructs, meaning the core is the eye of this golem. Seems like a simple target.
I charge at the Golem and begin jumping for it's eye, but it easily blocks me with its arm. I try punching it but my arms aren't strong enough.
I fall back to the ground and look at my bloody hand, seems punching rocks is not the best idea.
I activate Body Enhancement and try again, this time a crack forms where I punched, giving me hope that I can take this guy down.
I begin the strike it's legs and eventually it falls. The eye is now at the same level as me so I begin trying to pull it out.
It's harder than it seems, the core is lodged in the golem's face, but after a few seconds of trying it pops out.
The rest of the golem's body crumbles and I recieve the dungeon clear message.
[Dungeon Cleared!]
Level Up! 1 -> 2
When you level up you get five stat points that you can upgrade your stats with. You also get five skill points that you can use to get new skills.
I buy the passive skill Boxing to help me combat the monsters easier.
[Boxing]
Increases Strength of punching attacks by 25%
(Passive)
And with this my first ever dungeon run is complete, knowing that I can enter practice dungeons through the gym I plan on milking it dry.
