"Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait," Udolpho says, "I actually think A.R.E.O.P.A.G.I.T.E. is acting up, giving incorrect information. Let me just check again and—" He bumps your hourly up to Massachusetts state minimum wage. "There!"
"The 'deductions'?" you say.
He deletes the deductions.
"Okay, why don't you print that check," you say, "and I'll finish up my shift."
You're going to have to keep your eye on Udolpho so he doesn't add more "deductions" or mess with your hours, but you're getting some decent money now.
