Shortly after your First Change, Scarper was smart and organized. He knew every cop and crook in town, heard every rumor as soon as it passed someone's lips, looked for trouble online and in the streets. That's what a Bone Gnawer should be: smart, practical, and living in the real world, not in dreams of an imagined past.
