As Lengchen strolled through the park, he spotted a girl climbing a tree. At first, he was intrigued, but when he realized who it was, he quickened his pace, hoping to avoid being seen. Suddenly, a loud cry pierced the air: "XIAO PAAANGGG!!!!"
Lengchen winced and tried to walk faster, but the unmistakable sound of a thud followed by a pained scream reached his ears. "OOOWWWWWWW!" Xiaohan's voice was filled with distress. Instinctively, Lengchen rushed to her side, his concern overtaking any previous intent to avoid her.
When he reached Xiaohan, he found her on the ground, wincing in pain. With a mixture of relief and exasperation, he playfully tapped her on the head. "What on earth were you doing up there?" he asked, rolling his eyes.
Xiaohan, grimacing, replied with a sigh, "Well, as I was wandering about, I thought I spotted a willow tent caterpillar. I climbed up to catch it, only to realize I was mistaken."
Lengchen couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation. He extended a hand to help her up, but Xiaohan winced again. "Ah—oh, I don't think I can walk," she admitted.
Lengchen's eyes widened with concern. "Did you sprain your ankle? The house is fifteen minutes away. How am I going to carry you back?
"Fine, I'll carry you on my back," Lengchen sighed, his tone a blend of resignation and affection.
"Wow, has our Xiao Pang finally grown up?" Xiaohan teased, her voice carrying a playful edge.
Lengchen rolled his eyes as she clambered onto his back. "Did you put on a bit of weight?" he remarked, his tone light and teasing.
Xiaohan smacked him gently. "What?!" she exclaimed, her irritation evident as she continued to prod him. "We'll both end up in a heap if you keep that up." leng chen states.
