Marg had said as he shifted his eyes towards the other two men.
"My Lord,this subordinate plans on establishing an adventures guild."
One of the remaining two men said.
"The guild will be open to both cultivators and none cultivators. Its purpose would be to unite and create a platform where every member will have a chance to grow and earn resources by completing tasked asigned by anyone within the territory. "
The man said everything in one breath.

"I hear you all and agree to all your request,but there are a few conditions that you must all fulfil. "

"First,you must uphold a measure of fairness and always be just with your members,keep in mind that your members are not your people but my people, just like you all."
"Second,you may act independent but incase you conspire or act against the territory's wellbeing, I have your ranks stripped and everything you possess seized before having your head hung on the town's gate."
Marg's second condition made everyone in the room shiver.
"Third,do not have any plans of leaving the territory, the portal access and usage would only be granted by me."
"Forth, you have two weeks to have established your guilds as I plan on leaving for the outside world by then and may have several tasks that I wish to have your members,help out."
Marg's forth condition was thought of at that moment since he felt that two hands would be much quicker while gathering resources from other territories.
"We hear you young lord."
The three men said with a bow.
After the three men took their seats with wide smiles on their faces,Marg turned his gaze towards Mio. He was still standing at the side of the platform.
"Elder Mio,please step forward."
Mio walked to the front of the platform and went down on one knee.
"You have been there with me since the beginning, you and I shared bread and milk from one jar. The town would not be as it is if it were not for you."
From his leather spatial poach, Marg retrieved a letter made of special materials, a thick leather bonded book,a seal made of special material,and a leather spatial poach with the crescent moon symbol engraved on it.
The difference between this poach and the rest,was that one could store living beings in it.
Inside the leather spatial poach was a caged rank eight wofox,a silvery grey spirit forged cloak with the moon symbol engraved on its back,ten tier three origin realm pills and an assortment of other pills and potions.
