Morrigan maneuvered the hover car through the war-torn streets of Paris, debris and abandoned vehicles littering the road. Siobhàn sat beside her, glancing from building to building.
"Didn't Will tell you to question that kid?" Siobhàn asked, gripping the armrest as Morrigan swerved to avoid a pile of rubble.
"No time. I just saw Gwen get back to the base. She told me that Will ordered her to return."
"Why?" Siobhàn furrowed her brow.
"Because Kazuo won't go back without his ex," Morrigan replied.
Siobhàn leaned back in her seat. "Well, you can't blame 'em. She ex is a spy."
Morrigan shot her a surprised glance. "How'd you know that?"
"Gwen told me," Siobhàn shrugged.
"Gwen? You two are friends now?" Morrigan asked as she navigated around a crater in the road.
Siobhàn rolled her eyes. "No, I asked her. Besides, what's wrong with being friends with her?
"You know we used to be enemies, right? We still are," Morrigan said
