"Ok," Dr. Nakamura leaned on the table. "Now that we have everybody here. Let's start with the obvious question." He gestured towards Colette. "Why is she here?"
"Hold on there a minute," Kazuo raised his hands. "Who is she again?"
"Ah, yes. I do apologize for the confusion. You don't know who she is," Dr. Nakamura stroked his chin. "She's a member of Les Ombres Sanglantes or 'The Bloody Shadows' clan. Like most of us here, she's a vampire. But her job there is a spy."
"So she's your enemy's minion? Then why is she here? Isn't she suppose to be your enemy?"
"I'll answer that," Colette shot a glance at Kazuo. "I'm here for business, not 'pleasure'."
"What's that suppose to mean?"
Dr. Nakamura's fingers danced across the keyboard, and a massive hologram materialized before them. The air crackled with energy as the image took shape, revealing a complex network of genetic information.
"Because of this," he said, gesturing towards the display.
