Chapter 7 - Vin Baisti

Tch, he is handsome but I had my own man ok. I never eat where I shit.

Baisti is extremely handsome and borderline beautiful, but knowing him so long, I just didn't want to lose what we had. Friends are hard to find and keep, especially someone like me.

The man pulled me into a hug, and I felt small next to his stature. Drawing in his scent, I closed my eyes and felt a wave of calm wash over me. It had been a while, and for some reason, inhaling his presence always soothed me. Stepping back, I forced a smile and glanced at the man and woman nearby. The man stepped forward and introduced himself. "Ju Ken, marketing director of Kim Cosmetics." He extended his hand, and I shook it before he gestured to the woman and introduced her.

"This is my assistant, Li Mai," the woman stepped forward with the fakest smile I had seen in a long time, well, whatever. I shook her hand and, at Vin's gesture, we all moved to the table. I was in front and the first to select where I wished to sit unhindered. I first took off my coat and carefully draped it over the back of the chair. Then, I leaned back gracefully, allowing myself to relax into the seating.

With a smile, I watched Vin take his seat directly opposite me making sure to look at 'that place' where there was a bulge. It was a monster, I bet it was bigger than my husband—not by much—but definitely, and would hurt beautifully to take. I would enjoy every moment though. My husband—

I did not even get to look at the goods long before he ran away, my face twitched before it returned to normal.

Damn, but he always looks so good from the back.

Watching him until he disappeared, I scanned the private room; Spacious able to hold easily fifty people with enough space. There was a chef in the corner to the left behind a transparent glass preparing various foods. I stared a little longer swallowing. Then opposite was a woman dressed in traditional attire, preparing tea with two servers waiting patiently.

Where we sat was low but not too low with a side table where extra dishes could be prepared.

Baisti returned, taking his seat his voice sounded in a cheery tone.

"Alright guys, today will be a leisure meeting," Vin said to ease the tension. I wanted to roll my eyes; he was friendly, but as my manager, it was his job to fill the silence, since I'm not one to talk much."Yes," the marketing director smiled. I nodded, glancing at the chef preparing small dishes as my stomach rumbled. "The dishes can be served immediately," Vin announced later, and I smiled gratefully. To maintain my peak shape, I needed to consume a lot of calories. It was a hassle, but I loved food.

The server brought two types of tea—black and white—pouring it into the cups before stepping back. I prefer white tea; black tea would make me jittery, and I need to stay calm and professional right now. "Miss Confessions, I've heard a lot about you. We've been searching for someone to represent our brand, and after seeing your recent interview, you were chosen," Mr Ju Ken said with a broad smile. I leaned forward, picked up the tea, and gently blew on it, peering through the steam at him before responding.

(Baisti, the manager)

He had been waiting for a while when the marketing director entered first, smiling, followed by a woman with her head bowed. Vin Baisti coldly ignored her and turned to the male. "Ju Ken, you are late," he said. Vin Baisti intended to speak further, but the sight of a person approaching softened his previously cold expression. Jin Ken, noticing this, was momentarily taken aback.

As the woman Vin Baisti was waiting for entered, he removed his mask, revealing a smile as he called out to her. People have a fascination with owning exotic things, and he was no exception; he desired her from the moment he first saw her.

Storyia Confessions is a woman who captivates both genders, bending those who believed they were straight and turning back those with fixed preferences.

The people of this country have held a belief since ancient times: white symbolizes beauty, wealth, luck, and prosperity. Anything different is seen as bad luck, ugly, and poor. While a people's mentality is hard to change, the world has moved on, and although they remain a minority, they have been accepted to some extent.

Vin Baisti's gaze followed the woman who entered, captivated by her long legs, slim ankles, and waist, despite her mostly covered face. Even if she were filthy, he wondered if he would still be attracted to her.

Regaining his composure, Vin smiled at the woman and pulled her into a hug. He felt himself harden, but fortunately, his boxer shorts and position concealed any inappropriate signs.

The two nearly faded into the background, but they stepped forward just in time, diverting the covetous gazes that had been on him. This eased his tension, sparing him the embarrassment of having to push the woman away. With one stain already, he couldn't afford another that might drive his beloved away.

As they walked to the table, Vin had already planned a list of food and drinks. When she removed her jacket and turned to the side, he excused himself and headed to the bathroom.

Inside, he splashed water on his face to calm down. When that failed, he tried to relieve himself quickly. It took just five minutes, memories flooding his mind as he reached his peak. "Ria," he growled in frustration. As a monk, he couldn't eat meat, which made him restless. Damn it, he was thirty-three!

If it weren't for his memories, he wouldn't feel so miserable. He remembered Au Arrogan, having found himself in this body at twelve, a year before she arrived on the island. He spent three years there before she was taken away, and it pained him to be unable to reach her.

As the only son of the Vin family, he had to fulfill his duties, but he realized that the girl he had cherished in that life was a fake; the one who truly saved him was her. How could he not feel shame?

After much contemplation, he accepted his new life but vowed never to let her escape him.
