Chapter 2 - How it all started

"Hmm… Another boring day has passed. Oh God, please do something to make my life colorful," said Shun, a 17-year-old high school student, talking to himself. He had no friends, or rather, he never thought about making any. Apart from anime and manga, nothing else caught his attention. He was an otaku. He didn't even like real-life girls. He was more interested in 2D girls than 3D ones. He loved them deeply, and there was a reason for that.

Shun was an orphan, and in the orphanage, he didn't have any friends. At that time, the orphanage only had a TV. While all the other kids played, Shun would sit and watch TV. His favorite show was *Naruto*, and especially, he admired Hinata's loyalty and Tsunade's "106." From that time, he started liking waifus and anime a lot. He used to watch 5-6 episodes every day, and on holidays, watching 20 episodes was normal for him. His dream was to one day create a harem with all his waifus. In short, he was completely obsessed with waifus. Gradually, a thought settled in his mind—he didn't need friends, and 2D girls were better than 3D girls.

As Shun grew older, he realized that his dream couldn't come true, and he became even lonelier. His life was passing by like this. He was thinking about how he wished he could fulfill his childhood dream when suddenly, he heard a voice.

He snapped out of his thoughts and saw a train approaching. "Well, at least the train is here. Now I can go home and watch anime," he said. But by mistake, his foot slipped, and he fell in front of the train. His entire life flashed before his eyes, and even in those moments, he saw his favourite anime scenes. He realized that he was about to die. He couldn't see anything because of the train's bright lights. For some reason, a thought crossed his mind: "If only I could fulfill my dream."

As soon as he thought that, the train crushed him beneath its wheels, and he died.

"Hmm... Hmm... What is this? Is this the world after death? Why is it so dark? I can't see anything," Shun said as he rubbed his eyes. Just then, he saw a human figure entirely in white, walking towards him. He got scared but couldn't even see his own hands or legs. The only thing he could see was the white figure, which looked like a human. Seeing it approach him, Shun, in fear, said, "Stop! Stay away from me. Who are you?"

The white human figure opened its mouth and said, "I am God, and you are dead. That's why you're here."

Shun remembered how the train had run over him, and he had died right there. He screamed loudly, feeling the pain and fear, wondering what he was doing here and who this being was.

"Come on now, don't scream so much. Even my ears won't handle it, lol," God said, laughing.

Shun, calming down, asked, "Who are you, and how do I believe you're God? God is supposed to be huge and powerful. You don't look like anything."

"Oh, is that so? But if I show you my true form, your eyes won't be able to handle it, and you will burn to ashes. That's why I have come to meet you in this form," God replied.

Shun realized it really was God and that arguing more might lead to his soul being wiped out. He humbly asked God, "What do you want from me?"

"Now that's what I call getting to the point. You are very lucky," God told him.

Hearing this, Shun was confused and asked God how he was lucky and what benefit he could get from it.

God answered his question, saying, "You were born under a planetary alignment so rare that only one person out of 10 trillion is born under it. This gives you power that can fulfill your dreams, no matter what they are. And, you will also get your own planet with food, water, and everything. You'll have teleportation powers so you can go anywhere anytime. You can even go into any anime world and bring its characters back to your world."

At first, Shun couldn't believe it, but he didn't see any reason for God to lie to him. And after witnessing all of this even after death, he understood that nothing was impossible anymore. Out of curiosity, he asked God, "Is this for real?"

"Yes, but there are two rules. I'll explain them to you.

1. Your first skill: an infinite sex drive, which will make any waifu fall for you.

2. Your level will start at 1, and the more waifus you get, the more you will level up and gain new powers. At a certain point, you'll even get the power of immortality, but you'll have to work hard for that. The better the waifus you get, the more points you will earn, which will help you level up. These are the only two rules. Understood?"

Shun, overjoyed, said, "Yes, I understand. Thank you very much. I was misunderstanding you before. When can I start using this power?"

"First, I need to give you a body because your previous body has already decayed. After that, you can use your powers. So, what kind of body do you want?" God asked.

Shun was very excited upon hearing this and told God what kind of body he wanted. God replied, "Alright, as you wish."

Shun then woke up in his room. He was sitting on his bed. He got up and went to the mirror. His room felt a bit smaller than before. When he reached the mirror, he saw that his height was now 6'4", and his facial features had become much more attractive. His physique had also transformed into an aesthetic one. He was shocked to see this but extremely happy, jumping with joy.

Then he sat down for two hours and made a bucket list, writing down the names of all the waifus he planned to get. But he got stuck, thinking about how to use the power—he had forgotten to ask God.

He pondered for a moment, and then an idea came to him. He said, "System," and a display screen appeared in front of him, showing his profile, including his skills and level.

He smiled and said, "Well, watching 5000 anime episodes has finally paid off." The screen was visible only to him. He even checked by standing in front of the mirror, but the screen didn't appear there.

Afterward, he typed the name of the anime he wanted to go to in the teleportation skill. Before pressing enter, he took one last look at the room where he had spent four years of his life. Feeling emotional, he said, "Sayonara, I will remember you," and pressed enter, disappearing from the room.
