Ch.7: Official start of YGGDRASSIL (1)

Eidolon Palace, Eidolon Empire.

In the vast digital expanse of Yggdrasil, a game renowned for its intricate world-building and unparalleled attention to detail, the Eidolon Palace stood as the pinnacle of human achievement in Midgard.

The palace was more than just a structure; it was a symbol of dominance and sophistication, blending medieval European grandeur with arcane technology. Its soaring spires and mana-infused walls glimmered with an ethereal light, a visual testament to the empire's mastery of both craftsmanship and magic.

A place which the game Dev's designed meticulously, making something which can only be imagined to be possible.

The throne room, known as the Grand Hall of Eternity, was a marvel unmatched in beauty and complexity. An item on par with world items which was originally nor part of the game's mechanism but is now an unmistakable part of the throne room.

Marble floors, etched with glowing runic patterns, reflected the enchanted ceiling—a swirling cosmos of stars and auroras that pulsed with mana.

The walls were adorned with carvings so intricate they seemed alive, while floating chandeliers of orbiting gemstones bathed the chamber in a soft, otherworldly glow.

At the center of this splendor lay the Throne of Eternity, a masterpiece forged from rare Dragonite stone and encrusted with radiant mana crystals.

Sitting on the impressible throne, the handsome middle-aged man with his white hairs flowing freely was none other than the Emperor Lucian Aurelius Eidolon, the Emperor of Eidolon Empire.

His piercing blue eyes, commanding respect were staring at the 15-year-old teenager walking through the gateway.

The young boy walked along the red carpet, his figure commanding the space around him despite his tender years. His blond hair, striking and well-kept, framed a face that was both youthful and impossibly handsome, yet it was his azure blue eyes that truly captivated the masses.

His eyes sharp and penetrating, gleaming with the intensity of someone far older—focused, discerning. Casual yet carrying the weight of deep wisdom in their gaze. It was a look that demanded attention, even respect, and those who met his eyes could not help but feel an undercurrent of dignity emanating from him.

This approving gaze of everyone present and the gleaming respect from the empire officials for his presence showed that this was not his first time here, and that they were quite welcoming of him.

The young man was none other than Eugene Lyn Dragomir the renowned Runemaster and Magic Architect of the Empire.

Having created many seemingly impossible projects he had performed at least one quest of almost all top nobles of the Empire in the last 5 years.

This time also he is here for business.

Though he has to say that on today the opening day for beta testers where people will be creating starting from level 0, while he is like a last boss, having level his own avatar that to with multiple different set of classes over hundreds of times over if not a solid thousand.

Still, it does feel quite good.

Though it may sound bullshit but after gaining the buff provided by Prestage skill, the efficiency of gaining experience had skyrocketed for him.

In just a year and half after his reincarnation in this game world, he had performed Prestage multiple times with gaining almost all casual and support jobs.

Miner, Gardener, Cook, Manager, Carpenter, Potter, Sculptor, Merchant, Crafter. You name it, you have it.

Even seemingly useless jobs had their advantages, for each job equipped he also got a new Title each one with their own extraordinary effect.

After completing all casual jobs, he thought he might have to start with general warriors or mage builds and after all there are hundreds of classes for those having the greatest number of classes in variety.

But what he didn't expect was after equipping a set of casual classes, he will unlock multiple such hidden classes as Architecture, Researcher, Scientist, Engineer, Businessman, Docter and much more.

Though these class jobs didn't provide any combat capabilities, they sure came with unnatural skills which allow him to do things one can do in real life but in a much more fantasy way.

Can you believe that these are the classes which helped him get quests from nobles and so to build a skyscraper with transparent windows which are able to act as a strong defense much harder than the likes a bullet proof glass and an energy gathering device like a Solar Pannel at the same time?

During this 5 years period, he had changed classes more than 950+ times and have performed Prestage like 124 times and got a title named "Casual Player" which is made up of all the casual job classes he has except the core support classes like blacksmith, herbalist and alchemist like jobs.

But there was one more Effect of it which made it whole lot useful, the ability of being able to use any skill of all class jobs that fall under "Casual Player".

Though it wasn't game breaking cause all job classes which fall under this Title don't have any combat related skills, most of them being quite useless in the sense of normal players, but for him all of this was like a tressure trove.

Just take the 'Foodie' Title as an example; it is also included in this "casual player" Title and all it's effects like being able to see weak points of monsters are also included.

Now imagine how many of such classes he may have acquired.

Though his stats or attack damage may not even be half of that of other players, he has the ability to move the nobles of the empire, even banning a guild or two if he wishes it for, he has Max. Reputation in the entire empire with all NPC's.

Though he doesn't have that now this quest reward he will get today will make it happen.

With excitement in his heart, he walked in the audience hall, getting on one knee, his right hand on the chest giving a light bow.

The Emperors Eyes shone as he acknowledged Eugene's presence as he spoke.

"You may rise."

His voice echoed through the hall, steady and filled with authority, though it carried an unmistakable note of respect.

"Thank you, your majesty." Eugene replied, getting into more of a casual pose.

The emperors lip's curved into a small smile though his eyes retained their sharp, calculating glint.

"You did far more than was expected. What you have crafted is not simply a throne. It is the core of the Palace. A masterpiece, a work of such quality which can even rival world items themselves."

He gestured grandly, and the throne which he sat on started to glow with an ethereal light, intricate runes coursing across its surface.

Its mechanics are as intricate as it could get, equipped with various auxiliary and miraculous features. It was the throne befitting the ruler of an empire, one which will go along with generations to come.

"What you have done for this empire will not be forgotten. In recognition to your unparalleled skill and keeping in mind many crafts you have made for the empire till today, I present you with the reward befitting such great talent."

The emperor said as a flood of notifications enveloped Eugene.

[Congratulations you have… ]

Looking at all those notifications there was only one thought in Eugene's mind. 'What can I say, I am plagued by success.'

To Be Continued:

[Word Count: 1250]

A/N: I will update small chapters from now on. And I am only writing for fun, it's a non-profit fanfiction, so if you want to say something could have been better or what I did wrong I am all ears but don't start cursing or like 'BADBADBADBAD' out of nowhere. I don't like to argue, because I am too tired to do it.

And about chapter updates… I wish I could tell you more about it but lets say I would be happy too if I could update more frequently.

Oh, and I am thinking of writing an ATG fanfic will you read it? I have written up to 6000 words on it. Should I upload it or compile more? Answer okay!

Okay then, Until next chapter.

Thank you.
