The atmosphere in the Entrance Testing room buzzed with anticipation, the air thick with excitement as students filled the seats, chatting animatedly. In the center, the battle stage stood pristine and unblemished, the polished surface glinting under the bright lights. Laughter and friendly banter echoed through the venue, but amidst the din, a sense of rivalry simmered just beneath the surface.
People walked in and settled into their chairs, the room resembling a bustling marketplace filled with eager faces. Whispers of competition filled the air—"Who do you think is going to get first place?" one student asked, eyes wide with enthusiasm. "I heard he's been training nonstop!" another chimed in, pointing toward a group of confident competitors.
The chatter grew louder as more students arrived, the conversations weaving together a tapestry of hopes and aspirations. "Do you think I can beat him?" someone wondered aloud, glancing toward a particularly skilled contender known for his impressive track record. Excitement crackled, creating an electric atmosphere charged with ambition and determination.
Levi, who had already entered the testing room, settled into a chair at the far back, seeking refuge from the commotion. The room was cloaked in black, illuminated by a myriad of bright lights that flickered overhead, creating an almost surreal atmosphere. Despite the vibrancy around him, Levi found the cacophony of chatter overwhelming; he craved peacefulness, a stark contrast to the bustling energy of his peers.
He leaned back in his chair, exhaustion weighing heavily on him after returning home learly in the morning and I got to sleep only like 2 hours before coming out of the Tower Training.
The thing is the tower didn't mention any rules about this but the exahuation one recieved will double to what they did in the Tower like I spent 10 days staright in the final moment of completely taking control of Darkness Element, even though other elements took less time and not this tough. It is expected as this element diresctly came from the God Of Darkness.
Even though there is time difference it still took alot for him to fully max his control in Darkness Element.
"I want to sleep," he muttered under his breath, rubbing his eyes. The fatigue clung to him like a shadow, urging him to close his eyes and drift into a much-needed rest.
As he turned to the right, his gaze fell on a peculiar sight. Using his Identifying Eye, a skill that allowed him to perceive the essence of those around him, he scanned the area for any sign of the main male character he had anticipated finding. After all, every novel he had read seemed to follow a familiar formula.
But what caught his attention was not just the boy sitting there but the unexpected number displayed beside his title. Levi squinted, trying to make sense of the digitsthat glowed faintly beside the title of Main Character's name. "What the fu*k is that number?"
"Why the fu*k is it showing #1 after the title?" Levi muttered, confusion knitting his brow. His gaze flickered back to the boy, the number glowing ominously beside his name.
"Hm, is it possible that there are multiple male mains in this book?" He pondered, irritation bubbling up within him. "So, there might be a whole roster of characters who simp for the female lead? The fu*k? I hate this development."
The notion of competition made his blood boil. Just because these other boys had their eyes set on Lyra didn't mean they stood a chance against him. He felt a surge of confidence as he reassured himself, So what if they're 'mains'? I can take them on easily in a fight. The thought of their smug faces filled him with contempt. If any of them dare come near Lyra, I'll beat the shit out of them.
He didn't view himself as one of those typical characters who swooned over the female lead or played the role of an obsessive admirer. The very idea felt foreign to him. I'm not like them, he reminded himself, shaking his head as if to dismiss the thought. I'm not some stalker or someone who has fallen for her.
What truly mattered to him was the quest he had received during the time skip, the one that loomed over his head like a storm cloud. The description had been clear, almost mocking in its simplicity: he needed to date the female lead and make her fall in love with him. The absurdity of it gnawed at him.
"How could the author think it's so simple? I haven't even experineced love in my previous life." he thought, frustration mingling with determination. He didn't want to play the part of a lovesick fool, but he has no choice.
He moved his gaze to the girl next to him when he saw her: "The fu*k, what's going on here? One is the main character, and he has a darkness physique; that's okay, but this girl named Mira, why the heck does she have the Light Physique? I don't know what is happening here. One has darkness, and the other has light. Something is there; I don't know what it is."
"Are they maybe the reincarnation of Azaroth and Elara, no no no, how can this happen they are gods, even though Elara would just be reborn as a god somewhere in the middle of the Universes. After reborn they will start a new start without many memories from the previous life, but when they trigger something they can gain their memories back."
I leanred this info when I saw the memories of Azaroth, maybe they are bestwoed by them like Elara told gods started to give powers to the humans.
Just then, the atmosphere shifted as Lyra stepped through the entrance. The moment she appeared, a hush fell over the room, and all eyes turned toward her, captivated by her presence. It was as if she carried an undeniable magnetism, drawing the attention of every student in the testing ground.
