Adward let out a sigh and spoke quietly to Ivan "Our original objective for Phase 3 was to facilitate the transmigration of consciousness into the World of Dawn for others. Only upon receiving an invitation from the World of Dawn Supreme Council would we contemplate establishing our embassy in this realm. But now let just follow the original plan since there is nothing we can do."
