RAIN
I can barely tell which hotel Liam has brought me to or even how we got there. Once I made sure my babies were okay, as well as using the same method to reach out to Scott and see how he was doing, the exhaustion that had been at bay for a full week crashed into me.
Once my face hit the soft bed, I let myself fall asleep, not even feeling as Liam helped me off my shoes and settled me under the covers.
When I open my eyes next, the room is a little less bright than I remember. I stretch, yawning as my hand automatically searches for the person supposed to be sleeping next to me. The area is empty, a little cold which makes me look over.
It looks like Liam hasn't napped like I did, the covers undisturbed. I raise myself by my elbows, looking around. That's when I notice that the whole room has a sweet scent, gentle that makes me relax. The floor is covered with red petals, all seeming to lead me behind the glass wall on the other side of the suite.
