RAIN
I don't want to believe that this is real. I have believed that Liam is back before, a few dreams before it all goes away and I am plunged into darkness, where he is not here with me.
But this Liam, he is different. He is saying words my Liam once told me. He is crying too, something that doesn't happen in other dreams.
Are they getting stronger? Am I dying that's why the dreams are getting vivid.
"My little wolf," he whispers where he is kneeling on the other side of the bubble. I created it to separate me from the other Liam who would only fade once they touched me. I would always be left cold and lonely, so deeply hurt in my heart that I didn't want to go through that again.
This Liam wants me to hold his hand. Will it be warm?
Slowly, I raise my hand and press it where it is, against the wall. I swallow hard as I stare into his eyes, and he doesn't look away, nor does he approach me even as I feel the warmth of his hand seep to mine.
