Marcus gave a quick nod. "We need to tail him. Stick to protocol, no mistakes."
Keeping low, the two crept away from their vantage point, moving silently through the underbrush toward the spot where they'd parked their own car, well-hidden and a bit distanced from Viktor's mansion.
Once inside, they settled in, watching and waiting for Viktor's car to leave the property.
The moment Viktor's sleek black car rolled out of the driveway, Richard and Marcus slid into action. Keeping a safe distance, they trailed the vehicle through the quiet streets, careful to remain inconspicuous.
Inside Viktor's car, the mood was entirely different. Viktor couldn't keep his hands off Kain, brushing against his arm or sneaking quick touches when the road allowed.
"Keep your hands on the wheel, Viktor," Kain said, shaking his head but smiling. "I don't want us to crashed into a pole before I even move in with you."
