Vince looked up as he heard Vinitchzki pad into the kitchen.
"Hey, sleepyhead. Finally awake?" Vince teased, a smirk on his lips.
Vinitchzki huffed softly in response, running a hand through his messy bed head.
"Shut up. It's not my fault my alarms didn't go off..." He mutters, making his way over to the kitchen counter and sinking into a chair with a yawn.
"Mmm... Smells good." Vinitchzki sighed, leaning forwards and resting his chin in his hand. He watched as Vince busies himself with cooking at the stove.
"So, what are you making?" He asked.
"Scrambled eggs and bacon." Vince replied, flipping the sizzling bacon in the pan. He glanced over at Vinitchzki, raising an eyebrow.
"You know, you could help out a little instead of just drooling over me..."
Vinitchzki rolled his eyes dramatically, but stood up and made his way over to the stove.
"Alright, alright. I guess I can make myself useful." He said, taking the spatula from Vince. "You make the coffee."
Vince chuckled and shook his head, heading over to the coffee maker.
"You just want to do the easy stuff, huh?" He teased, measuring out the coffee grounds and adding them to the machine.
"Hey, it's got nothing to do with easy." Vinitchzki objected, stirring the eggs in the pan. "I just know that I'm a better cook than you."
"Yeah, yeah, sure you are." Vince retorted, pouring the steaming coffee into two mugs. "Keep telling yourself that."
Vinitchzki rolled his eyes, but couldn't help the small smile that tugged at his lips.
"You're just jealous because my eggs are better than yours."
"Oh, please. Your eggs are always overcooked." Vince teased, bringing the coffee mugs over to the kitchen counter.
Vinitchzki huffed indignantly. "I do not overcook them. They are perfectly cooked, thank you very much. You're just not a morning person and grumpy when you're hungry."
"Ah, so now you're trying to say it's my fault for not being a morning person?" Vince retorted, smirking as he sat down. "I'm perfectly pleasant after I've had some coffee, I'll have you know."
"Mmm, yeah. And you're even more snarky when you're well-caffeinated." Vinitchzki shot back, plating the food and taking a seat across from Vince.
