Chapter 67 - Ch.67 Unlimited Void

"Not even your ashes will remain, Gojo Satoru!!!" Jogo roared furiously, sweeping its hand toward the molten lava below. In an instant, the lava surged like a dam that had burst, rushing toward Gojo and the three others.

"It's happening! It's happening!" Hayashi was brimming with excitement. He had waited so long to witness Gojo Satoru's domain in action. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Not many at Jujutsu High had ever seen Gojo's invincible domain firsthand, right?

As the massive wave of lava rushed toward them, the temperature spiked. Hayashi could feel his face and body heating up, a sharp stinging sensation spreading across his skin.

Yuji Itadori, standing beside him, felt the same heat, but standing next to Gojo made him feel a bit safer. Otherwise, he would've long since turned and fled from the approaching lava.

Just as the lava was about to engulf the trio, it suddenly came to a halt, as if held back by an invisible force. The molten lava hung motionless in front of them, unable to move any further.

Even just watching this, Hayashi felt humbled. If he could one day nonchalantly block an attack within an enemy's domain, how incredible would that be?

Though, given his current growth rate, it wouldn't take too long to reach the pinnacle of power in this world. (Although there's still a long way to go ~)

Gojo Satoru slowly pulled off his blindfold. From the side, Hayashi could see his silver-white hair and a pair of strikingly azure eyes framed by long lashes. His features were sharp and striking, standing out in an extraordinary way.

In terms of appearance, Gojo was undeniably top-tier, so much so that Hayashi felt slightly overshadowed in comparison. Up until now, he had never encountered a man more handsome than Gojo.

Of course, while Hayashi's appearance wasn't in the same vein as Gojo's, he wasn't too far off either. But that wasn't for him to decide—it would require others to give their opinion. After all, he couldn't just go up to someone and ask, "Am I handsome? Don't you think I'm handsome?"

That would be the act of a fool.

As the heat of the lava seemed to be completely isolated, Gojo, now fully removing his blindfold, said with a completely calm expression, "Domain Expansion."

The moment he spoke those words, Gojo made a hand sign in front of him, his calm gaze directed at Jogo's dumbfounded expression through the suspended lava.

"Umlimited Void."

Swish!

In the next instant, the searing heat vanished completely, and the surrounding molten landscape was swallowed up.

A white domain expanded from beneath Gojo, instantly covering and overpowering everything Jogo's domain had created.

Hayashi felt something strange—a sensation that he was in a place where there was nothing, yet he could see everything. He could perceive everything, yet somehow, it felt distant and detached from him.

For a brief moment, he found himself unable to move or speak, as if the entire environment was disconnected from him, though paradoxically, it still felt connected in some way.

This sensation didn't last long, though, as Gojo placed a hand on Hayashi's shoulder. Without Gojo's intervention, Hayashi knew he wouldn't have been able to act inside someone else's domain.

Among the four present, it was Jogo who experienced the most intense effects of Gojo's domain. Jogo could perceive everything, the reasonable and the irrational, but at the same time, it saw nothing. It heard nothing. It was a bizarre feeling, as though its body was frozen in a state of suspended animation.

At that moment, Jogo realized it couldn't do anything—it could only think.

"What's happening?"

"Has my domain been overpowered?"

"I can't see anything… I can't feel anything…"

"No, that's not right. I can perceive everything—every detail, every piece of information—but exactly because of that, I can't do anything…"

Jogo was frozen in place. It couldn't move, couldn't touch anything, couldn't perceive the world around it, yet somehow, it understood everything.

Gojo appeared beside Jogo, bringing Yuji and Hayashi along. He placed one hand on Jogo's head, which couldn't move, and said calmly.

"This is the inside of 'Unlimited Void.' 'Perception' and 'information' are transmitted endlessly, forcing the body to engage in the act of 'living' infinitely."

Jogo stood there, unable to comprehend the depth of its defeat. It now understood why Suguru Geto had warned it not to face Gojo Satoru alone.

How could this person be human?

This level of power was beyond comprehension. Inside Gojo's domain, Jogo couldn't even move—it was like it was offering its neck to be cut.

"How ironic, don't you think?" Gojo smiled, his hand resting on the top of Jogo's volcanic head. "You've been granted everything, yet you can do nothing but slowly die."

When Jogo heard the words "slowly die," a chill ran through its heart. Was it really going to die here, inside someone else's domain?

"But I still have questions for you, so I'll stop here. I'll spare your life for now."

Hearing this, Jogo felt a fleeting sense of relief. As long as it wasn't killed, there was still hope.

However!

In the next moment, Jogo felt Gojo's hand gripping its head tightly. The force was overwhelming, an unbearable pain surged through it, yet Jogo couldn't speak or move.

Suddenly, Gojo ripped Jogo's head off with a sharp motion. Blood gushed from the severed neck as its head was torn from its body.

At the same time, Gojo's domain collapsed, and everyone returned to the real world.

Gojo tossed Jogo's decapitated head onto the grassy bank of the lake, landing beside it with Yuji and Hayashi.

It was only then that Jogo realized it could move again, but by then, it had no body left, only its severed head.

As a special-grade curse, Jogo wasn't going to die so easily. Losing its body was certainly inconvenient, but as long as its head remained, it would survive. Gojo likely knew this, which was why he had spared it.

Hayashi took a deep breath after exiting Gojo's domain. The domain had been overwhelmingly powerful, suffocating even. Now that they were outside, the fresh air felt revitalizing.

Yuji Itadori didn't have as strong a sense of the experience, as he wasn't familiar with domains yet. But the impression 'Limitless Void' left on him was profound.

Jogo's domain had been completely overpowered by Gojo's, proving once again that Gojo was undeniably powerful, capable of effortlessly defeating numerous special-grade curses.

In Yuji's mind, Gojo Satoru was the strongest sorcerer—a being from another dimension altogether.

"Alright," Gojo suddenly stepped on Jogo's severed head, looking down at it and asking, "Who sent you here?"

Though Hayashi had already warned him that this volcanic curse was likely targeting him, Gojo still needed to gather more details.
