Chapter 0066 Hiroto's Strength

"Huff, this should be far enough."

I appeared in a dark brown forest, letting out a breath of relief.

Though it was called a forest, there wasn't a trace of trees or green plants. All the trunks and branches were made of sand and stone, creating a unique, imposing landscape.

But I wasn't in the mood to admire the view. All I could think about was turning back into a guy as quickly as possible, not even noticing the figure creeping up behind me.

"Release Transformation!" I raised my fist and dramatically shouted. A burst of white light suddenly enveloped me.

Moments later, the light faded.

My long, water-blue hair had returned to its usual short black strands, and the cute, delicate face I had before now had a more masculine edge. Most importantly, the part that makes me a man was back in place!

Sure, my loli form was cute, but no normal guy would want to live without being a man! Finally feeling like myself again, I struck a pose under the moon, enjoying the feeling of being a guy once more.

But then, a voice suddenly interrupted me from behind.

"So, you're actually a boy?"

Uh oh.

I froze, slowly turning my head to see Pakura staring at me with a look of pure astonishment.

"How did you do that? That wasn't the basic Transformation Jutsu, was it?" she asked, clearly confused.

"You saw everything?" My expression suddenly turned cold as I asked calmly, "Did you see the entire transformation?"

"If you mean the moment when you changed back, yes, I…"

Before she could finish speaking, I had already stripped off my robe and disappeared from where I stood.

Fast!

Her eyes narrowed as she swiftly leaped back, just as the ground in front of her shattered like it had been struck by a meteor, leaving a deep crater.

Missing my first attack didn't discourage me in the slightest. She had seen me like that, and she was an enemy ninja—there was no way I could let her get away!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The entire stone forest echoed with a series of explosions. The towering stone trunks shattered like brittle twigs, sending rocks flying in all directions.

So strong! Is this kid even human?

Faced with my relentless attacks, Pakura had no choice but to dodge. If she took a direct hit, her body would be torn apart in an instant.

Boom!

I smashed through another stone tree blocking my path, black energy swirling around me. I glared coldly at Pakura and said, "So this is the hero of the Sand? Just running around like a rat? Come on, I'll give you a chance to fight back."

"You've got some nerve, kid!" Pakura was clearly not one to take an insult lightly. She was instantly enraged. "Since you're so eager to die... I'll grant your wish!"

With that, she formed a series of hand signs, and several fireballs began to swirl around her.

"Fire Release: Extremely Steaming Murder!"

Several fireballs, each the size of a large dumpling, shot toward me in rapid succession.

Boom! Boom!

The ground exploded like a barrel of gunpowder, flames shooting up into the sky. A massive mushroom cloud rose from where I had been standing, the explosion's radius about ten meters wide.

Pakura stared at the center of the blast, a cold smirk on her face.

"Hmph, is that all you've got?"

"You've seriously underestimated me."

I emerged from the smoke, my entire body covered in a layer of crackling blue lightning armor.

However, if you looked closely, you'd notice the armor was covered in fine cracks, and with a loud "bang," it shattered completely.

'Such an insane defense! He can even use high-level Lightning Release jutsu?' - she thought.

Pakura's expression finally turned serious. If she had underestimated me before because of my age, she now saw me as a true equal.

"Now, let's start round two," I said coldly, my right hand already gripping the hilt of my sword. With a sharp sound, I drew the blade.

Shing!

A flash of silver appeared in the air, beautifully reflecting the moonlight.

Pakura's pupils shrank, and she quickly reached into her ninja pouch for a kunai. At the same time, more fireballs formed around her.

Clang!

The metallic clash echoed as her kunai blocked my sword.

But the sheer force of my strike made it hard for her to hold her ground. She quickly used the recoil to jump back, hurling two fireballs at me as she retreated.

Slash, slash!

I swung my sword without hesitation, slicing through the fireballs. The cold gleam of my blade collided with the scorching heat of the fireballs, creating two brilliant sparks in midair.

Tap.

Pakura had just landed, but my sword was already rushing toward her neck. The deadly aura from my blade made her skin crawl. Without thinking, she launched the remaining fireballs toward me.

Boom! Boom!

The fireballs hit me directly, triggering a massive explosion.

But before Pakura could even catch her breath, a shadow suddenly emerged from the ground and grabbed her by the neck. My abnormal strength surged through my grip as I slammed her into the ground.
