Chapter 30 - 30. Thoughts

In the far reaches of the cosmos, where the vast expanse of space teemed with innumerable stars, the constellations stirred. For eons, they had watched over countless worlds, their glowing forms distant but ever-watchful, silently guiding or manipulating the affairs of mortals and lesser gods.

The Grand Magus World had long been of interest to many of them, but the fall of *Cosmic Chimera* sent a ripple through their ranks, causing a stir that had not been felt in millennia.

Within this cosmic council, an assembly of constellations gathered through their consciousness, their physical forms too vast to meet in any one place.

Each star blazed with its own intensity, representing the power they held in the cosmic hierarchy.

Despite their differences, they shared a single purpose now: to discuss the ramifications of *Cosmic Chimera*'s sudden and violent demise.

For centuries, the constellations had felt secure in their positions, secure in the knowledge that nothing from the mortal realms could pose a true threat to them.

After all, even their incarnations—mere fragments of their true selves—were almost invincible, protected by the vast distance between the incarnations and their true bodies.

Yet here they were, faced with the undeniable truth that one of their own had fallen, slain by a force that wielded an ancient relic of unimaginable power.

The cosmic council hummed with tension as the constellations convened. No physical words were spoken, but the exchange of thoughts and ideas crackled through the void, swift and sharp.

Silver Archer, one of the first to speak, voiced what many were thinking. "This is a direct affront to us. *Cosmic Chimera* was no weakling. To be killed by a mortal—or even a god—from that world is unacceptable."

Others murmured their agreement telepathically, the disembodied voices echoing through the stars.

Tempest Chariot's presence flickered, his star pulsing with restrained fury. "And not just any god, but one aligned with this *Truth Order*. We've allowed them to fester in the Grand Magus World, and now, they think they can challenge us. This must be dealt with swiftly before they gain more power."

The constellation Lionheart Roar, his fiery essence brimming with indignation, followed suit. "The fall of *Cosmic Chimera* is proof of something far more dangerous than a mere mortal uprising. Whoever is behind this, whoever provided the ancient relic, has the ability to kill even one of us. We cannot sit idly by."

The other constellations listened, some with growing unease, while others remained silent, contemplating the deeper implications.

Tidal Leviathan, an ancient constellation who rarely spoke in these gatherings, finally broke his silence. "It was no accident that such a relic was used. This *Truth Order* is not simply a rebellious group; they are organized, prepared, and perhaps most dangerously, they are guided. I feel… a greater force at play."

The atmosphere grew heavier as his words sank in.

The mention of a greater force was not something taken lightly. The constellations prided themselves on their near-omnipotence in worlds like the Grand Magus World.

If there was indeed a power greater than theirs influencing events, it could mean trouble for all of them.

Storm Breaker, with his star radiating a stormy aura, gave voice to the fear gnawing at the others. "And what of the *Prophet*? There has long been speculation that he is no ordinary figure. The timing of his rise alongside the Truth Order cannot be mere coincidence. We may very well be dealing with the newest moderator of the system. If that is true, then we are already too late to prevent his interference."

The mention of the *Prophet* caused a ripple of uncertainty.

The constellations, despite their vast knowledge, had little understanding of the true nature of the *Prophet*.

He had appeared suddenly, rising to power in the Grand Magus World in a way that had confounded even the most powerful of their kind.

His influence, subtle at first, had grown steadily. Now, with the fall of *Cosmic Chimera*, it seemed that the *Prophet* was indeed more than just a mortal god—he might be the very force pulling the strings behind the *Truth Order*.

Yet despite the growing concern among the more vocal constellations, others remained silent, watching and listening with reserved caution.

Celestial Serpent, its star coiling in the distant reaches of the council, remained unreadable. Though powerful and ancient, it offered no immediate opinion, simply observing the unfolding debate.

The same could be said for Phoenix Claw, whose fiery aura remained subdued, and Eclipse Rider, whose star dimmed in quiet contemplation. These silent constellations were no less powerful, yet they withheld their judgment, perhaps waiting for more concrete information before committing to a course of action.

Eternal Guardian, known for his stoicism and unwavering focus on the balance of cosmic order, finally broke his silence. "Rushing to conclusions will serve no one. *Cosmic Chimera*'s fall is troubling, yes, but we cannot react out of fear. We must understand the nature of this relic, and more importantly, the true motivations of the *Truth Order* and its leader."

His calm, measured response created a brief lull in the conversation. Starborn Titan, another ancient and wise constellation, nodded in agreement, his presence a steady, grounding force. "If the *Prophet* is truly the moderator of the system, it would not be the first time we've encountered such a being. However, it would be wise to gather more information before we act. Relying solely on fear will blind us to the broader implications."

The constellation Moonlit Warden, whose radiant form symbolized both protection and vigilance, echoed this sentiment. "While the fall of one among us is concerning, it does not immediately spell doom. We must tread carefully. The *Truth Order* may yet reveal their hand."

As more constellations voiced their restraint, the mood in the council shifted slightly. Not all were so quick to rush into confrontation, preferring instead to analyze and strategize. Draconic Crown, ever the silent observer, gave no sign of disagreement but remained quiet, watching the debate unfold with keen interest. Astral Weaver, another constellation known for intricate schemes and careful manipulation, seemed content to observe, her glowing star shimmering as if weaving together the various threads of the conversation.

However, not all constellations shared this tempered view. Silver Archer remained resolute in her stance. "Wait too long, and they will grow stronger. We have seen it time and time again in countless worlds—hesitation will only lead to our downfall. The *Truth Order* must be stamped out before they become a true threat."

Tempest Chariot added, "If the *Prophet* is indeed the moderator of the system, then we must assume that the *Truth Order* now holds significant power. We cannot allow this to fester."

The debate grew heated once more, as the more cautious constellations clashed with those urging swift action.

But through it all, there was one unspoken truth: none of them had yet reached a consensus, and uncertainty hung heavy in the void.

As the discussion wore on, a growing sense of frustration spread among the constellations. Lionheart Roar, always quick to anger and action, growled, "Are we truly going to sit here and do nothing while one of our own lies dead? This *Prophet* must be taught the consequences of challenging the cosmic order!"

Despite his outburst, there was still no clear path forward. The constellations, as powerful as they were, had never been a monolithic force.

Each constellation operated independently, with their own agendas and motivations. And while they all recognized the threat posed by the *Truth Order*, the exact nature of that threat remained elusive.

The constellations that had remained silent, such as Celestial Serpent and Phoenix Claw, had yet to reveal their thoughts. Their silence, however, was telling.

In the grand game of cosmic power, those who spoke least often held the most cards.

After what felt like an eternity in cosmic terms, the conversation began to wind down. There were no resolutions, no grand declarations of war.

The constellations, despite their immense power, had been unable to reach any meaningful consensus.

In the end, Eternal Guardian spoke again, his voice carrying the weight of finality. "For now, we watch. We will gather more information and meet again when the time is right. There is no use in acting blindly."

The other constellations, even those who had argued for immediate action, grudgingly accepted this.

For all their bravado, even the most aggressive among them knew that rushing into a conflict with an unknown force like the *Truth Order* was risky.

As the council dissolved and the stars dimmed in the far reaches of the cosmos, a sense of unease lingered in the void.

The constellations would wait, but they would not wait forever. The *Truth Order* and its enigmatic *Prophet* had made their move, and sooner or later, the constellations would be forced to respond.

But for now, the cosmic stage remained set, the pieces moving in ways even the constellations could not fully predict. What had begun as the fall of *Cosmic Chimera* had now ignited the curiosity, fear, and ambition of the stars themselves.

The constellations would watch, and when the time came, they would act—but until then, the Grand Magus World would remain a hotbed of intrigue and danger, with the *Truth Order* standing at the center of it all.
