Upon reaching the exit, Cynthia could see the various monsters rushing towards their camp.
Shadow cats, power bears, apes, lions and even monsters they had never seen before. And behind the rushing monsters, larger versions of them could be seen just standing.
They seemed to be the commanders of the attacks.
"Miss, this is the situation." Julius nervously explained to her. The monsters hadn't even reached their perimeter, but with the dust gathering from the distance, they knew.
But Cynthia didn't say anything and kept looking at the wave rushing towards them. And before long, the evolvers of the Wind slaying legion started appearing.
She was the only legion without a regiment leader, so she had to handle everything. So she didn't waste time,
"We have done this before, pair yourselves in twos, watch your backs, sides and front. Go."
They couldn't wait for the monsters to get to their perimeter. They had to stop the advance.
