The fairies flew around the tree singing I'm words I couldn't understand, I felt attracted to one of them the one on green, I noticed how calm she was ,i walked towards her my tail swaying.
"Good day miss my name is....."
"Ha, what kind of animal are you?"
"Actually I'm here for the...."
"Emily,Emily, come see the, hey where did the she go?"
I hid behind another tree scared of what the second attention might cause.
"There she is!".
"How do you she's a she?"
"So what are you and why are you here?".
"My name is Veronica,but you can call me vee, I'm here for a rose flower, I was sent by the lion king."
The kindness on the fairies face vanished as she spoke to me
" We're not fans of the lion king,if you have come here in his name ,I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you".
" What if I tell you it regards someone's life,would you look away from helping someone at the point of death".
They looked at each other doubting my made up story, I waited in anticipation for there reaction.
The red fairy said
"you know as the red fairy I am in charge of the red rose, if you can see the gold coin on the red rose there both yours,if not you will remain here forever."
I was about to go close to it when a strange wind blew across the island sweeping the fairies far away from there duty post.
" You think I will let you pass your stupid test?".
I was frustrated,how many times will I fight a new enemy, and where do they even come from.
"What do you want?".
" Don't you want to know my name?".
"You look like a fairy,that's more than enough for me, state your buisness."
"I have come for the rose,that rose is mine."
I turned towards the fairy and asked.
" Why is everyone after a dum rose,what's so special about it".
The fairy said

I looked into it I saw Erick, and Maya, playing around with the children, I saw my late mum being dragged around by a.....
" That's enough!, I didn't come here to watch you, see your hearts desires"
This was my first time in my wolf I wasn't really sure how to fight.
The green fairy pulled me away gave me the rose and sent me back. I gave him the rose but he said.

"But why do I need weapons and what's the war coming?".
ERICK'S POV
As time went by loneliness creeped into my heart, I went back to my old lover, to seek companionship.
"You finally came to me even without a spell, what brings you here darling?"
"You know you're my mate as well as Veronica so you have equal rights on me too".
Raven looking confused.
"Really, how I'm I sure this isn't a trap set by you and your beloved."
"Actually, I thought going back to her will grant me satisfaction and peace, but she seems to be doing well without me, she's always busy, so what do you say we go on a long trip."
"As a witch, I find it hard to trust others, go over there and say exactly the same words into that box from the beginning,take the oath,if you break your promise and leave me then your curse which has being broken will be renewed in you."
I looked at the box and I looked back at her, I thought of how many times veronicas absence has affected me, but was it worth it ? Was it worth putting my soul in the hands of the witch?, I was about to do it when I heard someone's voice.
"Hold on, that is not raven ,stop being weak and look again."
I looked at raven. Carefully I saw a mark I haven't seen before, and the colour of her eyes looked strange.
"Who are you?,I asked what have you done with Raven."
She smiled her skin peeling and her true self coming forth.
" Alright, alright you win , it was too easy and boring anyway, and without your love here to protect you, oh wait she rejected you isn't it?".
"No you're wrong, she's just jealous cause I am mated to another person apart from her."
The witch laughed hysterically.
"Raven was never your mate you fool, have you ever seen a wolf being mated to a witch, a princess who intentionally became a witch, have u heard of such abomination?".
"Wait ,that means you tricked me, I am only mated to one, I have to go and ask for forgiveness."
Instantly the coven starts shaking, but it doesn't seem to affect the witch as she stood perfectly still.

THE LIONS CASTLE
"This was just a test , no ordinary wolf can pass through the gate, or even see the tree, you're destined for special things my lady".
"Pls be clear ,what war are you talking about?".
"Your clan is surrounded by Orges, witches, vampires, lycans and ravens, but the Orges are not satisfied with there land they will unleash the beast ,using it to destroy everything in its path."

"The green fairy is the one to train, my duty is simply taking you to her?".
In the midst of this chaos I looked up and saw a hole in the ceiling, I jumped into it waking a sleeping bat.
ERICK'S awakening
I threw the bat at the witch and they both vanished.
"I need to find Veronica and apologize,I'll kneel if I have to, I've being so foolish, no wonder my inner wolf is so weak,I keep seeing her as competition when I should rather see her as the source of my energy, wait a minute, what if the reason I'm so weak is because my inner wolf is asleep, all these years I've being dead,could it be that my inner wolf is dead to just like the sleeping bat?"

As Erick walked through the familiar woods, the familiar damp scent clouded his nostrils, shaking his soul, filling his bones with fear.

I was about to ask the last question when his roar blew me into the mirror and back again into the fairies world. Deaths POV
After all these years I've being alone,watching humans and magical creatures find love, but I have being left alone, I will never let any couple live happily as long as I am stuck in this abyss.
