Mikhailis returned to his chambers, shutting the door softly behind him as he let out a deep sigh. He rubbed his neck, trying to ease some of the tension as he moved towards his desk. Before he could sit, the glasses on the table lit up, signaling Rodion's readiness to engage.
Rodion began, his tone immediately serious.
Mikhailis sat down, leaning back in his chair as he glanced at the glowing lenses.
