Staring at the ability scores just translated by Loki's imprint, at this moment, everyone, whether they were part of Loki's Headquarters Camp's three giants or the executive-level like Ais and others, all fell into a dead silence.
The location was within Loki's Divine Room.
Brought here, Reiger, with Loki's assistance, had his ability scores fully exposed just as he had imagined.
The family's pillars gazed intently at the parchment paper Finn was holding, their breathing becoming increasingly erratic as they looked at the displayed ability scores.
Especially Ais, whose eyes were almost nailed to the skill "Fool's Obsession", or more precisely, to the effect "exceedingly increases growth rate." Unbeknownst to her, her palms had clenched quietly.
Everyone could only exchange looks, their gazes frequently moving back and forth between Reiger and the parchment in Finn's hands, feeling their heads swim.
It couldn't be helped.
The vast amount of information in Reiger's ability scores was simply too much for them to handle without falling into confusion.
Among all present, only Reiger maintained calm from beginning to end.
As for Loki, seeing everyone's reactions, she wore a mischievous grin that seemed to enjoy the commotion.
"As you can see, this kid's potential is astonishing. Not only did he awaken a magic and three skills right from the start, but also both his magic and skills are quite unique," Loki spread her hands and said, "That's why this kid's growth rate is so fast. He indeed received his favor from me only three days ago, and before that, he did not hold any favor, which I can assure."
Loki's words, rather than breaking the silence, left everyone even more speechless.
However, Reiger's status in the minds of all present was gradually becoming completely different.
Finn then let out a wry smile.
"Originally thought he was just a newbie with great potential, but it turns out we seriously underestimated him, didn't we?"
Finn was very clear that if Reiger really possessed the exaggerated magic and skills recorded on the parchment in his hand, what his existence would mean.
Not just Finn, but even Revilia and Grace, the two veterans of the family, were aware of it.
"Could it be that the single Lv.7 legend that all of Orario believed in will be broken by this kid?"
Grace's murmured voice stirred up a storm in everyone's heart.
———'Lv.7'.
It was a level not even achieved within the Loki Familia, with only one person in all of Orario having reached it.
That person was thus regarded as the ultimate weapon of Orario and considered a legendary figure on par with the ancient heroes, enjoying a resounding reputation worldwide.
Finn, Revilia, and Grace had strived for that realm for countless years, without ever having succeeded in reaching it.
Loki Familia was teeming with talent, whether it was Bert or the twin sisters Theona and Theone, who were exceptionally young to become Lv.5 first-class adventurers, truly talented, and even Ais who holds the record for fastest promotion to Lv.2, with a potential considered top-notch worldwide.
However, to the three giants, it seemed equally slim for these geniuses to reach Lv.7–only Ais appeared somewhat likely.
But now, in Reiger's ability scores, they saw the possibility of breaking through to that level.
At least, that was the feeling that led Finn and the other two giants.
In such a scenario, Reiger was no longer a person who could be simply described as "a newcomer with potential."
This is clearly a supernova with a "Hero's Weapon"!
Once again, everyone turned to look at Reiger, their eyes filled with all sorts of complex emotions.
"Tch!"
Bert couldn't hold back and clicked his tongue, then turned around with an irritated pace, ready to leave.
"Where are you going?"
Watching Bert's retreating figure, Revilia asked with furrowed brows.
"Underground city."
Bert responded coldly, without looking back, he strode forward.
"Just don't let it slip, Bert," Loki said with a mischievous smile on his face that remained unchanged, yet his eyes opened a bit wider, "I have listed Reiger lad's ability values as top secret within our clan. I had planned to only mention it to Finn, but luckily, the young Reiger doesn't mind you all knowing, so I've unlocked it just for you. Careful not to accidentally spill the beans, okay?"
Upon hearing this, Bert halted his steps.
He was, of course, aware of how important the intel on a person's ability values could be.
If exposed to others, and if one were targeted because of it, it could very well turn into a lethal situation with just one careless move.
Especially for someone like Reiger, with such incredible magic and skills, if his information were to be leaked, there's a very high chance he'd be targeted by some of Loki's archenemies, or even eyed by those with ulterior motives, making him the subject of their schemes.
Given the likelihood of such a situation, usually, the detailed information about a person's ability values was shared only among their closest confidants, and not even within the clan would companions readily reveal such details to each other.
Bert himself was a case in point; even within the clan, few knew all about his abilities.
And even more so for Reiger.
By Reiger's circumstances, he should have kept his ability value information to himself, and among all the clan leaders and executives present, only Finn, who needed to oversee the entire clan, might know a little bit about it. For the rest, it wouldn't be surprising to maintain strict secrecy.
Yet Reiger had chosen to reveal it.
Including to his ill-tempered and even rather nasty senior, Bert, Reiger had chosen to let him know.
Realizing this, Bert clicked his tongue again.
"Who would do such a loser's foolish act!"
Leaving these words behind, Bert departed from the Divine Room with even more rough and impatient steps.
Theona and Theone likewise exchanged glances and then turned to leave.
"Where are you two going?"
Revilia asked in a somewhat helpless tone.
"Underground city."
The sisters' reply was almost in unison.
As Theona and Theone also left, Revilia pressed her temples with a headache.
"Those guys, they just returned from an expedition yesterday, and there's work to handle the spoils of war today. Yet they just throw it aside and run to the underground city, what's this about?"
Revilia's sigh was met with Grace's wry smile.
"They must have been stimulated, those little rascals."
Grace was spot on.
Bert, Theona, and Theone had indeed been stimulated.
Stimulated by Reiger's inhuman potential.
Stimulated by Reiger's rate of growth.
"Is it the realization that a monster is chasing after them, worried about being surpassed by their juniors?"
Loki laughed slyly, looking as if he was enjoying the chaos he had stirred.
"You knew it would turn out like this, you provoked them on purpose, didn't you?"
Finn looked at Loki with resignation.
"Well, isn't it great?" Loki chuckled nonchalantly, "Perhaps this will bring new vitality and motivation to the clan. Just thinking about it excites me."
"You gods just love watching these unpredictable developments unfold," Grace said, seemingly rather disgruntled, "Now look what's happened, the work of dealing with the spoils of war falls on our shoulders, the old folks. Don't these kids have any consideration for the elderly?"
"Let it be, since it's come to this, let them go," Revilia shook her head, then turned to Reiger with a softened tone, "It's tough that you've chosen to reveal the details of your ability values like this. Don't worry though, despite Bert and the others acting so fiery and impetuous, they really do know their limits and would never carelessly expose your matters."
"I know," Reiger smiled calmly at Revilia, "Otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen to reveal it."
Basing his trust on his knowledge of the original story and understanding of the clan's leaders and executives, Reiger believed that those present were all trustworthy.
Even for the ill-tempered Bert, Reiger knew that at heart he was not bad; it was his troubled past that made him speak harshly to others.
Therefore, Reiger chose not to hide the details of his ability values.
It was also for the sake of future development.
After all, he was bound to seek the guidance of these clan elders, to have them instruct him.
Whether it was magic or battle techniques, Reiger had much to learn, and showing off his potential to gain the attention of the clan leaders and executives was a necessary thing to do.
Loki, as if he had seen through Reiger's intentions, began to mutter to himself,
"This kid, just three days ago when he received a favor, wasn't like this."
Back then, Loki thought that Reiger would not integrate into the clan so easily, yet who would have thought that once the kid acknowledged all the clan's leaders and executives, he began to demonstrate his value; indeed, he was quite shrewd.
Finn seemed to grasp Reiger's intention to win favor, saying, "You can always ask us for advice any time, it's no issue. With a newcomer of your infinite potential like you, we'd all be happy to guide you."
Revilia and Grace nodded in agreement.
"Thank you."
Reiger bowed and expressed his gratitude to everyone.
Completely unaware that behind him, Ais, who had been silent all this time, was watching him.
In her eyes, there was nothing but envy.
