On the return journey to the Boundary Domain, Wei Yuan spoke calmly about his experiences in the Arhat Pure Land as if nothing had happened, displaying the Red Lotus Bodhi he had obtained.
"This treasured item from before the Buddha has the wonderful use of cleansing karma, and the more one progresses, the more useful it will be. However, you will need to learn some Karma Secret Techniques, lest you accidentally cleanse karma that you didn't want to let go of," Ji Liuli reminded him.
Zhang Sheng also said, "That 'Red Lotus Universal Salvation Mantra' is also a kind of Karma Secret Technique, though it is only from the Buddhist side. You still need to learn some of our Daoist secret techniques to achieve balance."
Beyond this, Zhang Sheng and Ji Liuli did not say much else, and Wei Yuan finally felt a bit of relief.
