Several experts with grim expressions stood on the deck, arguing softly as they watched the data flickering on the large equipment before them.
Their ship belonged to the Global Ocean Current Monitoring Organization, a coalition formed by Water Blue Star.
Twenty years ago, through big data analysis, the organization had discovered that currents flowing through the Mediterranean near Europa could potentially encounter severe issues or even disappear.
They had issued a warning based on this discovery.
Naturally, this warning was taken very seriously by the major powers, leading to numerous important meetings.
Then... they felt it wasn't time to do something about it yet.
After all, this was only a prediction, and even though the confidence interval was over 95%, it still wasn't 100% sure, was it?
