Jones and Jimmy returned to Federal Square late at night, and as expected, everyone was working overtime today. Allen's interrogation was still being conducted in the conference room, with Peter questioning, Diana taking notes, Jones handling surveillance video and audio recordings from wiretaps, leaving Jimmy with no choice but to sit in a chair and space out.
Rookies have no rights, huh, even a spot to observe the interrogation process would have sufficed. Jimmy idly swiveled in his office chair, feeling incredibly frustrated.
Jimmy's eyes were fixed on the conference room. The transparent glass may block out sound, but at least he could see the activity inside.
Allen's interrogation went on for more than 20 minutes. Afterward, Peter came out and summoned an agent to take Allen away—probably to the detention center for temporary custody, and then brought in the buyer.
