Chapter 35 - Nonexistent Conscience

When they arrived at the supermarket, they found that it wasn't open yet.

Wang Xin and Ah Qian, seeing that the supermarket wasn't open, found a place nearby to rest, and while resting, they didn't dare to sit down,

afraid of getting their clothes dirty.

"Brother Wang Xin, when does it open? Are we too early?" It wasn't even dawn yet. Ah Qian pinched his thigh, feeling very sleepy.

"Better early than late," Wang Xin said with calmness, arriving early was always better than being late.

"Brother Wang Xin, I'm so hungry." Ah Qian rubbed his belly, last night's meal had already been digested.

"Endure it."

It's easy to adapt from frugality to luxury, but difficult the other way around. Ah Qian was used to eating simple wild vegetable gruel and being hungry every day, but after eating such a good meal last night, he now found he wasn't used to being hungry.

If only he could eat his fill every day.
