Fu Rao quickly approached her, sizing her up, and scoffed, "You're so pale. Are you that afraid of me?"
Chi Yue quickly steadied her mind and spoke indifferently, "What are you here for?"
"Of course, to find you," Fu Rao's tone shifted, his voice chill as he asked, "What happened after you left with my Fifth Uncle last time?"
Chi Yue stared at him steadily. "How do you want me to answer?"
"Chi! Yue!" Fu Rao gritted his teeth, "Where did you go after you left with him?"
"Nowhere. If there's nothing else, you can leave." She turned to continue towards the apartment building, but had only taken a few steps when Fu Rao grabbed her.
"I'm damn asking you, did anything happen between you and him?"
Recently, it had been rumored in the circle that Fu Rongyin had a woman, though nobody knew who the woman was, but Fu Rao's first thought was Chi Yue.
At the wedding, the last person to see Chi Yue was Fu Rongyin, and that day at the bar, Chi Yue had also left with Fu Rongyin.
"To come all the way here just to ask this?"
Fu Rao had a bad temper and lost his patience after a few words, almost wishing he could force her to speak by choking her, yet he restrained himself.

With that, Chu Shuo gestured for him to look behind, and when Fu Rao turned his head, he saw the Qin Family's bodyguard's car parked at the roadside.
